LORENZO'S POV

I was not still be able to open my eyes but I heard a voice. It was Luca.

"I am sorry man I wasn't here when that bitch came but that doctor saved you again. She is seriously a very good person. You know she cried so much for you "he said. She cried for me, my baby cares for me. But where was she now??

She might have gone home. I miss her.

ANGELINA'S POV

Next day I woke up did my morning routine. I wanted to go to the hospital to see Lorenzo but Emma said that Amelia had to tell us something important so me and Emma decided to visit Amelia. We went to her apartment. We rang the door bell and Amelia came into the view and
after her came the small energetic packet.

"Hey guys " lia said I could tell she was nervous but decided not to ask as she was going to tell us something.

"Angel" Adrian said and ran into my arms. I picked him up and gave him a little twirl. We heard a fake crying as we saw who it was I rolled my eyes.

"I don't get any hugs" she said as she wiped her fake tears.

"Don't cry Emmy Aunt" he said as he gave her hug. We went inside and saw all our photo frames were not there.

"Hey where are the frames " I asked lia.

"Guys today I am moving back to Italy beca-" she was going to say something but Emma cut her off.

"What? But why? and tomorrow means when you had decided. When wer- "she started asking her multiple questions. But I cut off in middle.

"Em let her finish first" I asked her. She kept quite and I asked lia to continue.

"Guys I know this is shocking but grandma is not well and wants to see me and Adrian so yesterday I got call from Harris( he is her grandmother's neighbour) saying that so I think I will shift to Italy permanently as I even have to watch the my grans bakery over there." She told us. I felt bad because she only had her grandma as her family before she met us. She had even told us how grans had worked hard to give her a good life and even helped her a lot when she was pregnant. I did not have a grand parents but I can tell that their love for their grandchildren cannot be described. Hmm I am very jealous I wish I had a big family.

"Heyyy but what about your bakery over here?" Em asked her. "I will give Georgia(her co-worker) to handle the work over here as she had worked hard as equal as me for this bakery." Good decision but still I'll miss her cakes.

"So what about Adrian" I asked. Oh no I will not be able to see him.

"Well he is excited to meet his great-grandma" she said. Obviously he will be he was asking lia about her from when and now he got chance.

"But will you be fine to go to Italy ? " I asked her as I know that she always avoided to go to italy as she feared to see Adrian's father.

"Ya I will be and it has been so many years I had to go over there after sometime so why not now right?" She said.

"Ok " I and Em said simentenously.

"Ok I am not that that happy about it but still Ok do you need any help in packing ?" Em asked and nodded. So we went to help her.

Time skip

It was quite time dark outside as we finished all work. We were ready to go home.

"Angel why al you both not coming with ush?" Adrian asked me. God how much I am going to miss my little man.

"Not now but soon ok ?" I told him. I saw a worried expression on Lia's face. "Hey what happened ?" I asked her.

"Guys I don't know but will u guys stay here tonight because I am not getting a good feeling about you going outside now" She said.

"Oh no we completely will be safe so don't be worried "Em said.

"No guys still" she insisted.

"Ok let's sta- " I was cut off by loud ringing of mobile phone. It flashed hospital number. Was everything ok? Was Lorenzo ok? I picked up the call.

"Dr. Angelina it's an emergency case and the patient is VIP so you are needed over here" one of my colleague told me. "Ok I will be there " I told him.

"Hey guys I don't think so that I'll be able to stay night because I have an emergency case so I have to go to hospital now. I'll come to airport to drop you guys ok so bye " I told them.

"Hey wait for me I'll come with you " Em said. I was going to say something but she gave me a stern look. Ok. Amelia was still worried but we assured her we'll be safe and bid our goodbye's. I don't know why but was just getting a wierd feeling.

In the car

I was driving car there was something  very strange as I could not see even one street light on. Suddenly there was bright light in front I just lost control and our car was hit to something very hard. Emma was calling my name but I did not have energy to even speak. I just felt like someone grabbed me and pushed on road. I heard a very annoying voice laughing. When I opened my eyes I saw the same nurse who tried to kill my Lorenzo. Huh? My Lorenzo it doesn't sound so bad,does it?

She came to my eyes level. "Because of you my plan failed. But look at you now so pathetic hahahahhahaha " she said with her annoying voice. Oh god seriously first of all her voice is so annoying and her laugh is like a maniac person oh sorry she already a maniac. My whole body is paining and this person in front of me is laughing. I felt anger rise within me I just took both her wrist and twisted them and locked them on the places. She was shocked and screaming for help haa 'pathetic'. Did she really think that I was the one who will give up so easily If I did not feel dizzy I would have shown this bitch her place. I stopped fighting it doesn't mean I forget fighting. After my parents death I did not continue fights. Yes me and Emma were trained by our parents. Em did no have much interest so she just learned self defenses and shooting a gun. But I had more interest so I learned evry form of fighting,guns and many more things. I don't know why but I felt like I belonged there but I left it.

"D-did you seriously- " I was not able to finish my sentence as someone just hit me hard on the head and I went into darkness.

"ANGELINA" a familiar voice shouted.

"What will happen now will I be able to see Lorenzo again in my life or will I be alive?"
