ALAN

ANGELINA'S POV

1st flashback

He was cleaning my wounds. I could see tears rolling down his cheeks. He was short and chubby with a pair of beautiful green eyes and brown hair. I smiled and moved my hand to wipe off his tears but he swatted it away.

"Why do you always get in fight?" He asked me looking angry.

"I-" he cut me off again.

"No no enough of your excuses, you know right you are the only friend I have in this world. If something happens to you what will I do? When you will leave this gang. You said that you will try to be good person." He said.

"But baby boy it was their gang attacking on mine. I am trying my best but it was them who provoked me. Please don't be angry see I am safe, only some scratches. And do I have to take any tension when my baby boy will be a very successful doctor. Whenever something happens wouldn't you save me?" I said.

"Yes I'll save you from anything" he said.

2nd flashback

He was lying in my arms while taking his last breath. There were 20 to 30 men lying dead around us but I couldn't care less as the person who is my best friend who never left my side in any situation was now leaving me.

"Wh-why ?" I asked him. He looked at me and smiled.

"Didn't I say I would save you" he said. I just cried as words were too hard to say.

"I promise you I'll kill th-" he cut me off.

"N-no y-you will not, please Angel please promise me to never ever come in this again. Please complete my dream and keep my all siblings happy. Tell them that their brother is watching them" he said while breathing hard. I nodded and cried. I couldn't stop myself.

"And you don't cry like that I don't like that. Ju-just ss-end me off while smiling. I always love you b-" he fell limp in my arms.

"ALAN"

Present

I jolted awake breathing hard as I remembered him. My face was wet because of tears. What if Lorenzo and other family members comes to know about my past? No no I can't let them know anything about it. I calm down myself.

As I took in my surrounding I was in a hospital room. Suddenly I remember about the stunt pulled by my father's brother and his wife. Thank god someone came to save me on time otherwise my wedding day would have been my death day. Wedding OMG Lorenzo-
As soon as I think of him the door opens and Lorenzo come in. He looked very angry and worried. But as soon as he saw me he ran towards me and take my face in his big hands.

"Are you okay ? Do you need something? Do need water ? "He asked as gave me a glass of water and went to call the doctors. He looked worried about me huh?

LORENZO'S POV

Right now I am standing besides my Angel as doctor is checking up on her. Even if I am happy I couldn't stop thinking about their death and the mole in our mafia. There is something wrong with Bianchi family. If she is not their daughter could she be her? No no it can't be I still remember that day. I am just getting confused, Maybe.

I have to find that mole as soon as possible and have to find that bastard who wants her.

"Lorenzo"

"Lorenzo" I came out of my thoughts as she called me.

"Huh? Do yo need something?" I asked her.

"Are you okay?"she asked. There was concern in her eyes. I just gave her smile.

"Yes I am good" I told her. She looked hesitant.

"What happened to uncle and aunt?" She asked. Should I tell her, no not now. I'll just make up something.

"Oh they were arrested and now the cops are interrogating them." I told her I saw some doubt in her eyes but it quickly disappeared.

One of the nurses came and told that doctor has called me so I excused myself off and went to doctor.

Sometimes later

ANGELINA'S POV

I am now sitting in the car as I have been discharged. It's just Lorenzo and me in the car. There is a awkward silence. I don't know why but I feel something is there that he is hiding from me. 

Suddenly the car was stopped as I came out of my thoughts I saw a large mansion which was screaming money . Lorenzo got out of the car and came to my side. He opened the door. As I was going to step on the ground I suddenly picked up by Lorenzo. My eyes widened and I quickly wrap my hands around his neck. Dang it I am sure that my whole face is as red as monkey's butt. I took a deep breath and cooled myself down. I just ignore to look in his eyes.

"I...I can walk by myself " I said.

"We have already reached" he said. 

As I see the big door I notice many bodyguards. They look quite scary. I think something is very suspicious. He is hiding something from me. But isn't it same about me how will I tell him about my past wouldn't he get disgusted when he comes to know that I am the most dangerous assassin
