chapter 5: the ball

Y/N pov: we stood there forever in each others embrace but there was one thing that on one knows, that I couldn't bring myself to say when I was there at the house for all of those years he hit me to the point where I miscarried, I had a little baby in me and he beat me and he killed it, that day will forever haunt me that day will never leave my mind even if I wanted it to it will always stay there.

 We were there for hours more we stayed and spoke with each other then he took me to his car and drove us to the beach no one was on it, he took me to see the sunrise on the horizon we stayed lied there and watched the sun come up as soon as it came up it was warmer laying on his chest, hearing the birds chirp the wave slowly kiss the shore I fell asleep.

 Tae pov: We stayed in my office then I thought of a place that helps calm me that helps me think that helps me escape. I took her to my beach I brought a blanket and we laid there not talking but her laying on my chest and just laying there, she fit so perfectly in my arms on my chest and in my heart, she was slowly melting my ice cold heart, she's... she is simply perfect how can she have the affect on me?. 

There comes a time where in your life you want to put your trust in someone and this is it. you are the ruler and the main character in your own life. I'm going to ask her to the ball of the mafias, no weapons no violence no hate just music drinks and business. 

we sit on the side of the pool and I watch her immerse eyes and facial expressions change as she reads each word she seems like she's in her own world and that makes her even more beautiful, I call her name multiple times but she couldn't pull herself away from her book, I smile get up and take the book from her she looks up at me like a lost puppy and says she was just about to find out who her real parents are. 

no more reading for you right now, because I have a question for you, she looks up at me with her beautiful big eyes, there's a ball coming up and I was wondering if you would want to be my date, she looks shocked but eventually agreed and ran straight to Jennie, I immediately call the boutique to let the girls get what ever they want on my card. 

she insisted she wanted to use her own money once again I insisted she took it smiled and slipped it into her bra, kisses me on the cheek and turns to leave. I couldn't help but smile to myself, that's when I hear namjoon say that's the first time I was you smile that way since her, I'm happy for you tae. we all are. you've found your queen.
