Eret x Reader :)

A Sweet Shop

Y/n POV:
As we made our way to checkout, we passed the candle section, and I knew I wanted a scented candle for my new setup. "Hey, Alastair, can we look at the candles real quick?" I asked, looking up at him,
"Sure, want one for your setup?"
"I- how did you know?!" I asked, completely oblivious.
"You were muttering something about a candle and new streaming setup, so I added two and two."
"Oh," I said, realizing how much I mutter under my breath.
We walked to the side, looking at the candles. I picked on up, and smelled it. I was scented like flower fields, and it was amazing.
"Oh my god, you need to smell this, Eret!" I said, handing him the candle.
He sniffed it, and it had the same effect on him. We both agreed we need this, and to put it in the living room. I found another candle I loved, honey lavender, and we agreed we need to leave before we spend way more then we need to on candles. We checked out, and a girl recognized Eret, and was super sweet. She got a hug and a promise of mention on his next stream, and then we said our good byes and got in the car. I played my playlist, which was mainly Wilbur and Mother Mother, but we both vibed the entire way to the shop I had mentioned earlier. We got out of the car and walked into the shop, me excited to see what they had, since it had been so long since I came. I went straight towards the plushies. I saw a three foot plushy of a cat who looked similar to Oreo, and decided to get it. We walked over to the section with accessories, and I went over to the pride section, knowing Eret would love it.
After he finally caught up with me, his eyes lit up.
"Y/n, WHY was this not the first place we went?" He asked, acting offended.
"Why, My King, I hadn't realized this was here until now," I responded, sounding like a royal servant.
"Ah, well, it is mandatory that we buy something each from this excellent section," he said, sounding like royalty.
"Hey, Eret, just wondering, what are you doing for your next stream? Cause I kinda wanna brag about my new dress you made me to your fans," I explained the random question.
"Well, you're in luck! I plan on doing one of those very, very soon," he responded.
I giggled slightly evilly next to him.
I picked out a necklace with my pride flag on it (if you aren't part of the community, just pretend you're bi), and he got literally one of every bi item. We giggled at his antics, and walked to the check-out, a sweet lady in her 60s greeted us, and asked if we found everything okay. We responded with the truth, and she scanned the tags on our items.
"So, are you two a thing?" She asked innocently.
I turned a bit red at the question, and responded immediately.
"N-no, just close friends," I answered.
But saying that felt wrong, like I had said the wrong thing, it felt like we were MORE than just friends. But that's all we were.
Eret agreed with my statement and we thanked the lady behind the register, and left.
"Well, today, we got a lot done. Just need to order you that monitor, and you can stream again."
"Tomorrow I have to go to work, so if you wake up without me in the house, that's why," I explained to him, remembering my job.
"Alrighty, we're home," he said, getting out and grabbing some of my bags. I grabbed the remaining, and walked inside after him.
"Also, if you stream, even while I'm at work, I will watch it and make comments that are confusing to Chat."
"Alright, we can see what they think we are," he said, straightening out any details for the plan.
"Actually, I am scheduled to stream in about twenty minutes, so I gotta go get set up, sorry," he explained while getting up.
"No, it's fine. I'm gonna put everything we're it goes," I explained, reaching for the bag with our candles.
"Alright, just don't be loud enough for chat to notice," he responded, closing the door to his streaming room.
I got the candles out, placing the flower field scented one where we had agreed. I got my clothes out of the bags, and put each outfit together. I texted Eret as to not disturb him if I shouldn't.

Hey, I'm gonna go ahead and order my monitor. It should be here tomorrow.

Eret POV:
I was setting up stream, and got a text. I had just started the stream, so I excused myself to the people who were watching.
