Concerning wattpads terms

So as a lot of you guys know, Wattpad has been deleting a lot of content recently due too their updated guidelines due to weebtoon buying them.
This is very upsetting to those who have lost books that they have genuinely worked in and out lots of time and effort into.
I also feel as if it was wrong to take away these story's that actually helped people cope or provide comfort even in the slightest way.

That being said, so far I currently do not have any hard smut in this book. And while I have written this material before, I'm not sure if doing it again would push the guidelines.
In the mature section of their terms it specifies that "sexual themes written to intend sexual pleasure" is not ok.
This is part of the issue with other books being deleted, for they have these scenes made to make the reader feel something.
There is a loophole though.
You are allowed to write sex scenes as long as they are somehow intertwined in with the story and play a role in it.
Please do remember this is all gained from looking at the current guidelines as of 2/19

Moving forward with this I am going to say, no, I am not gonna stop writing what I want too. As for this book is mine and if I want to write spicy times I WILL write spicy times.
BUT
To make sure that Wattpad doesn't come for my soul, these chapters will Be heavily warned and also be longer. This is so I can intertwine more of a story into it other then "ooga booga lets fuck"

As for this whole situation, The people now running Wattpad need to get their shit together. This is not ok to delete mass content to make something more "child friendly".

Also, for you guys out there who might need more sights, the best places to go are Ao3 and Tumblr. But do be careful for I have seen more "questionable" fanfics over there. (Like broxbro)

But regardless of what happens to this book/platform, please stay healthy and safe out there.
