For the next few days, we had talked a lot every night.

I also talked a lot with everyone else.

By the time I awoke, Ivy was pacing back and forth in the room.

"What are you doing?" I questioned.

"Oh hey, since when were you awake?"

"Just now."

She nodded her head before walking out.

'That was weird'

I walked excitedly towards Garroth's room.

I knocked on the door.

The door broke.

"Oh, what's up Kim?" Garroth asked.

I stared at his face.

'He's so beautiful.'

"Nothing much, I just wanted to have a chat."

And have a chat we did.

We leaned on the railings of the boat.

We talked about nothing and everything.

I loved that smile of his.

His cute little face.

His amazing eyes.

And best of all, his goofy self.

I never did want to admit it, not even to myself, but this time I needed to.

At least to me.

So I did.

'He is the most precious thing I could have ever come across, I love him.'

That's what I thought in my head.

And in that moment I smiled.

So did he.

We spent a few minutes just staring at each other's eyes.

After that, the day continued on as normal.

That night, however, had something I had not expected.

Ivy was there again, pacing up and down.

"Uhm, Ivy, is something wrong?"

She took a deep breath, her hand on her chest.

"Yep, everything's fine."

"Well, then why do you seem tense?" I asked.

"I'm not sure if I should-"

"Why?" I cut her off.

"I shouldn't be involving you in my personal life," She responded.

"Well, I guess I shouldn't have either," I admitted.

She looked at me with a weird kind of look.

"Well... have you ever loved somebody?" She asked.

I was quite shocked at her question.

I guess I didn't think it had anything to do with love.

"What do you mean by that?"

"I mean, have you ever looked at someone, and just knew you loved them?

They just seem so perfect.

And even when you know they're not, you know you'd still love them with their flaws?

But the thing is, you know they are perfect, perfect for you?"

She asked.

We were both still for a few moments.

"Sorry, was I rambling?"

"No, no, it's okay!" I said.

"Yeah, I have felt that before," I answered.

"Well, me too..." She added.

And for some reason, I was shocked by that.

'Of course she could feel things like that too!

It's just, I never really thought about the fact that everyone else feels the same things I do!'

"About who?"  I asked.

"Any guy that I know?" I elaborated.

She let out a loud "Ha."

I was confused, again.

"No, definitely not any guy you know."

A let out a sigh of relief.

I felt a little selfish, maybe.

I guess I wanted Garroth all to myself.

I tried to clear my mind from all those thoughts, though.

Instead, I wanted to focus on Ivy.

"Wanna tell me about this amazing person you met?" I asked.

"Well, they have brown hair, to start,"

"Dark brown eyes, the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen."

From that, I knew the guy was probably not someone I knew at all, especially not on this boat

"Really smart, probably the smartest I've ever known,"

"I think she's the best person I've met, too."

By that statement, I was shocked.

"She?"

"Yes, she." Ivy nodded.
