Color Manipulation

Quirk: Color Manipulation

Quirk Info: The user of Color Manipulation can control any item depending on it's color. When the user uses a color of their choice, their eyes turn that color. It goes back to it's regular color after the user is done with the quirk.

Example: The user picks the color green using their quirk. Their eyes are now green (unless they were originally green). The user can control/manipulate anything that is green like the leaves on a tree (not the whole tree because the bark of the tree is brown) or the grass. 

Drawbacks: If the user overuses their quirk, they can't see color depending how long they overused it. They only see black and white. If the user overuses it to much, the user can be temporarily blinded.
