Leo stormed out of the diner out onto the street after listening to you talk about how amazing your new boyfriend was
You chase after him wondering why he's acting strange
"Leo's what's happened?"
"I can't sit here and listen to you talk about your boyfriend!"
"You're right I'm sorry, we can talk about something different, let's just go inside"
"NO Y/N HOW CAN SOMEONE BE SO FUCKING STUPID?"
"Excuse me?"
"IM IN LOVE WITH YOU Y/N I AM SO FUCKING IN LOVE WITH YOU!"
"What- wait please stop yelling at me"
"I am so confused Leo"
"I am in love with you y/n! James isn't right for you" Leo says after he calms down
"What why?" You ask
"He messes with people, I can't watch him play your heart like a fiddle" he says
"I never knew you felt like that I'm sorry" you say
"Y/N I grew up with you, and I know everything about you, James on the other hand doesn't and he wouldn't be interested to learn those things about you anyway" Leo says calmly
There was a comfortable silence as you thought threw your answer
"I love-" Leo said but was cut of by you
"I love you Leo" you say, finally admitting how you felt.
For a second there you thought you saw his eyes glisten as he heard you say that. You hug him and say "I'm sorry I put you through that" with a laugh. Leo chuckles back.
