Zoe's POV

I walked down to Joe's room and saw Shannah checking out that photographer's camera while crying.  I peeked and looked closely at the camera and it said Canon on the top. "Hey Shan. Can I call you Shan?" I asked her. "Sure. I guess?" she replied while wiping her tears.

"Joe told me you were having a... "Meltdown." I said while kneeling down beside her. "You can say that." she said while giggling. "Well what's the problem?".

"You know... remembring the past. My ex-boyfriend, traitors, my best friend. It- It's a long story." She stuttered. "I have time" I told her so I know her past and I could help, "Fine. I'll tell you." she breathed in and said everything, " A couple weeks ago...me and my boyfriend broke up because he was drunk and he had a fling with some other girl. They are now, probably, shoving their mouths into each other's throats. The camera was given to me by William, my ex, I kept it because photography is now kind of my thing."

I was shocked on how horrible her past was. I tried to rack my brain to give her advice and just sid the most common thing. "Well that was the past. This is the present you can do anything you want now and change your fate. Come on everyone really wants to meet you. They are all Youtubers so don't panic.' I stood up and held out my hand to help her up.

"Thanks. I feel better now." she said and walked with me up the stairs

Soon I knew she would be a great cousin.
