𝐒𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬, Lucifer was trying to end the world and the only way Dean and I found was to send him into the cage. In hell. And the only way to bring him there was I letting him get in my body. As his true vessel, Lucifer wouldn't refuse this opportunity but the chances we would fail were huge. Only one wrong step could allow Lucifer to blow the entire world. Dean was trying to convince me to give up, saying we could find an other way and save me. But there wasn't another way, it was the only one known.

So I got out of my bed and checked that Dean was still asleep before putting on a coat and getting out of the motel room. My hands in the pockets and the hood over my head, I passed next to the Impala and stopped. The cold wind was blowing and forming tears in my eyes without me controlling them. I sighed and took out the keys from my pants pocket. I sat on the driver seat and immediately started the car and turned on the heating, warming myself from the cold morning. Then the loud music made me jump. I turned off the radio and drove out of the motel parking. I kept driving for about twenty minutes and found a little dirt road next to a lake. I parked the Impala and closed my jacket before getting out.

I could hear the first birds of the day and some crickets but none car. It was quiet and relaxing. I took off the hood from my head and passed a hand through my hair. My foot hit a rock and I stooped down to grab it and play with in my hand. After a couple of minutes, I squeezed the stone and threw it in the morning darkness. We just couldn't allow Lucifer to destroy the Earth. We had to fight. I had to fight whatever it'd take. I saw a runner coming towards me and let him the space to pass. He thanked me before correctly replacing his earphone in his ear. I continued walking 'till I came upon a young woman and what seemed to be her daughter.

The girl was holding bread in her little hands and throwing it for the ducks in the lake. I softly smiled at this view and kept walking. If I didn't trap Lucifer into that cage, people like this little girl would die. Innocent people would suffer or endure Hell on Earth. I had to say yes to Lucifer and Dean would open the cage doors and let me carry the devil with me. I would save the world doing this, but condemning myself.
