It was Thursday morning, the coffee as usual was ready for two as Jisoo waited.

Has she been foolish to not even look at her eyes?  She thought to herself, shaking her head, only thinking that it was just something that  she had recently noticed about the other girl. She'll get over it.

Rosie for one thought that fate actually wanted her to be happy. She thought that in all the times she had been having coffee with the brunette, that she'd never get to see the day where they'd had a small conversation. Even if it was because of her faulty actions.

Even if words were solely spoken due to the tumbling coffee.

It felt unreal. Too fantasized for reality. And it certainly did not feel  natural to her bone.

As she walked down to the sidewalk to enter the coffee shop, she passed by the big window with the brunette sitting on the cushioned chair.

But this time, her newspaper, gone.

And as Rosie walked in for at least a hundredth time through the door, the brunette turned around to say hello.

Something she's never done, for the time they've been doing this  coffee routine.

"Hello."

Was all Rosie could muster up to say back at her.

As she sat down, she thought, finally. After all those days envying the daily newspaper, it was finally out of sight.

And so with a bite of her inside cheek she asks her subconsciously.

"Where's the daily paper?"

Placing all her belongings by the space on her next seat.

"Oh-well I didn't have a spare dime to put in the machine, so I couldn't take one."

Jisoo says, sipping her warm coffee.

Rosie nodded.

"Where's your book?"

Jisoo asked, an eyebrow raised. She stared contently at the empty spot where her book and sometimes papers, were usually present.

"I've damaged one too many of my books, I think they've all had enough."

Her voice is light and gentle as a feather. And Jisoo's heart started beating into an unusual rythm. Thumping and dancing.

"In all these morning we'd drink coffee, I'd never thought you wouldn't bring your books."-her lips cracking a small but very contagious smile.

"Same with your newspapers."

It felt quite nice to know that the other would think about the other's small doings.

Rosie quietly laugh to herself as she took another swig of the hot beverage.

"Jisoo Kim."

Her hand stretched out for a handshake.

"Rosie Park."

And with that, their hands met, shaking in a slow manner.

Causing a spark to go off in their love struck heart string.
