*Who's ready for another Chapter? Annora is traveling farther into Ashfield intent to find some particular people of (Y/n)'s past as we explore hers... Who's eager to meet old friends?*

Annora had not felt this free in a long, long time.

The soft winds of the forest brushing against her hair as the tree's leaves bristled from the wind's soft force. Annora had never felt more at peace than now, her heart and soul guiding her to the land in which she loved and grew up in.

Ashfield, her home.

Life there was not easy, for anyone. Sure, the lands had trees and plant life as well as animal life but its past wasn't always that way.

Much like her own.

After the great cataclysm, much of the lands of Ashfield were dangerous because of the powerful volcano Mount Ignis. Its fiery spit dripped onto the land below making it ragged and unstable cracking the ground and forming ravines full of fiery hot lava.

But that was long before Annora's time.

Now the land was calmer but still wild and dangerous in its own way, the ground, unsteady. Lava pits still burned on scattered paths and forestry and geysers erupted in certain places.

Annora had read somewhere that at the Geyser fields in Ashfield the old Iron legion had bent their knees and surrendered to Blackstone might before the seven years of Apollyon's war.

She was only a baby during the closing days of the war, living in that damned orphanage...

Annora suppressed a shiver as she walked, not from the wind but from the horrible memories she had there.

Annora hated every second of living in that place, she hated herself for her inability to socialize as a child.

And for making the other children fear her.

Most of her childhood life was built upon isolation and anger which is why she tries to remain calm and repress any hostility unless it is absolutely necessary.

It is what separates her from her enemies.

She remembered the day He had saved her from that place and raised her as his own daughter.

Annora has locked into her room once again, she had 'bullied' more of the other children today. Strangely enough, she never considered herself a bully. The only reason she took the other girl's doll was that she wanted someone to play tag with her.

But the girl must have misunderstood her. Like so many others already have, The girl yelled out 'The monster is bullying me! The monster is bullying me!' Before Annora could try to explain she was once again locked away.

It was not the first time she was called 'the monster'  by the other children they hated her or feared her, she tried to make friends but they hated her.

Why? What did she do to receive such treatment? Was it because of her father? Did these children know that her father used to be a Blackstone?

It took a long time for the people to see her father in a different light. Back then, they only knew he was a Blackstone and fought for Apollyon they did not know he was the Warden who Slain the demon.

At the time, neither did she.

The leaders of each faction struggled to validate the tale that the warden (Y/n) (L/n) was the one to slay Apollyon.
