Disappointment

Disappointment fills the four boys’ faces when Zayn tells them about his morning failure. The lads had always supported him and making them disappointed hurt but Zayn couldn’t do it. He just couldn’t.

“Why didn’t you just say it? So what her friends were there. Fuck them, you love her so say it” Harry exclaims.

“I was just nervous okay! I want to tell her but when there is no one around.” Zayn weakly replies.

“And exactly how do you expect her to love you back when you can’t even express your love for her in front of anyone?” Louis nearly spats every word at Zayn which leaves the latter speechless.

When Zayn finds his tongue again he mumbles,” I know I’m a coward. Leave me alone. I’ll figure something out.”

“Nope, that’s exactly what we aren’t doing. Enough of you chickening out and the moping about. Today you say it and you say it front of everybody.” Louis said firmly.

And Zayn knows when Louis says something then he does it and there is really no point in arguing.
