No one's POV
It's their last night locked together.
Jeongguk was hurt, the scared look in the other's eyes made his heart break. He feels like a monster— but he can't do anything about it.
He just avoided the other when they're in the same room, it rarely happened the last two days though, they were in their own rooms most of the time.
He still cared for the other, making sure he's eating and sleeps peacefully.
Taehyung wasn't doing any better, he felt guilty, thinking he hurt the older male— which is kinda true.
But he was terrified, a mafia, more specifically a killer, was with him the whole time.
He didn't call the police and he's not planning to, he just needs time to accept the other.
Every night he tries to sleep he couldn't help but think of the hurt eyes of Jeongguk's.
Taehyung was a whole sweetheart, he doesn't like hurting anyone, whatever or whoever they are.

Jeongguk ran a hand through his hair and sighed, sitting on his bed and replying to some messages on his phone.
He wasn't ready to go back to his normal life— but he has to.
Suddenly he heard footsteps near his room, it may be Taehyung going to the bathroom but they seemed to halt in front of his door.
He put his phone aside and just stared at the door blankly, inside he wanted to do nothing except running and engulfing the other in a warm hug, never letting go of his fragile body.
Surprisingly, He heard two tiny knocks on his door.
"Yeah?"
The door opened a bit, Taehyung's head peeking from behind, he seemed hesitant.
"Ggukie?"
The nickname made the other internally coo and burst with happiness, but his face remained emotionless as he stared at the other.
After a minute of silence, Taehyung finally came in and closed the door softly behind him.
He took small steps towards the older, looking down and fiddling with his fingers .
"Do you need something?" Jeongguk muttered.
Taehyung shook his head a little and looked up to meet the other's eyes , still fiddling with his fingers.
