Causing Discord

Deku is a vigilante named Discord. His Quirk is so far unidentified but its name is 'Reality Check'. He hid it from the school and authorities, as his mom was already dead and he had been pronounced Quirkless on his medical record. He decided to create a website for those shunned by society and others (-so far, there were no villains) like him; Quirkless or those deemed to have villainous ones. Today.. He plans to have those from his website sing a certain song together at 12am. A song, which he will hack into the public spaces to play. It is too make others more aware of all the people they're neglecting. All of those on the website have been gifted a pendant through which they can tell if a 'friend' is nearby, in danger or whatever. And through them, Izuku will make a barrier that will protect his people. The more are gathered together in one place, the bigger and stronger the shield created will be.
By the way, this plays during Middle school😉!

Third POV

"It's almost time." Izuku discreetly checked his phone and website were many wrote their 'ready' or 'let's start'.
He sighed.. before launching his virus with the press of a thumb, it quickly going into public platforms like TV stations or radio speakers. Slowly, glitches became prominent on the big public TV's and through the radio. ...In his own defense, he didn't think his virus would be able to hack into UA's screens so that's not his fault.

'Let's get this over with.. '
'Hope they won't hit me for this.'
'Finally I'll be free!'
'I really hope I won't be singing here all alone. That would be soo awkward...(+social anxiety)'
'Time to make a statement!'

On the same day, slightly earlier, many felt themselves on edge. It was the sensation of something crawling up their back to their neck, their fur (in some cases) standing on edge with a cold shiver running down their spine. Hero's, Villans and civilians alike felt it (some wondering why a few workers seemed so unnaturally happy but dismissed it); and the occurrence on 12 o'clock only signaled the start of an event that would be talked about all year. A heartbreak for some, while others... took it as a lesson.

The pro hero Hawks and police detective Tsukauchi had recently noticed the strange accessory some people -age didn't seem to matter, though there were rarely old people- wore around their necks. They both came together to investigate as they grew suspicious when they noticed how the pendant changed its colour from time to time. They listed all people they saw with a pendant on a board and searched for a pattern. What neither was aware of however, was that in the police station two guys had the same exact dragon pendant around their necks. It was hidden under their white sweatshirt so no one saw it.

Both pointers were almost on 12!

Just as they found a certain website, the two insiders heaving left the office, it struck past 11:59 am on their clock. World-wide, the necklace started glowing a bright blue that grew to envelope its wielder.

Izuku, who had been sitting in his classroom, started to open his mouth getting more loud as his own pendant did the same for him. The TV's showed Satellite images of the blue-white points everywhere around the globe. The pedestrians on the street, the villains and hero's at work..all stopped what they were doing when their technical devices were being hacked into and played the same music.

People sung quietly on their own, being either shy or uncomfortable at first. Most of them were getting talked over or too hesitant to raise their own volume to die certain experiences. But, as the necklace did its work... As they saw the glow of other necklaces around them, they grew more confident and boldly sang coming together.
