Jo woke up so scared with the idea of seeing the world around you blossom and having the love of your life next to you without being able to touch it, that it was needed a "come back to reality" pinch... "Just a dream". Jo looked around the four white walls of the room, took a deep breath and got up, certain that today, would be a normal day, better, but normal.

Jo put on the normal and preferable varnished shoes and gave them two knots, put the scarf around the neck to protect it from the cold breeze that the Winter brought and after opening the front door and seeing that the rain that had been falling for a week was still persistent, grabbed the black umbrella that was kept near the door at all times, opened it and started the journey ahead. "Today it's my 24º birthday, and the rain doesn't bother me at all, the cold helps me be comfortable and not having friends....Well...Allows me to go home after work, watch my favorite show while I'm wrapped in blankets. Today is my 24º birthday and this is going to be just a normal day. Good. But normal."

Regretting falling into the vanity of wearing the varnished shoes instead of the galoshes, Jo headed to the stop and waited for the 8:30h bus, like always.

It was a normal ritual, the same road, the same views, same smells, same stop, same people....Same people? No... Today there weren't the same people. At least not just the same people. Today there was someone different. Someone with whom Jo had never crossed paths with.

Even before arriving to the bus stop this image had already turned and put eyes on the varnished shoes making their way to it.
