The Love Letter in The Locker.

Pov: Kaede
  Shuichi and I walked to school together today, Kaori teased me when she say Shuichi show up at my door, she makes it so obvious I like him... good thing he is clueless though.

  When we got to school we saw Kirumi passing out cookies she made. Miu was yelling at Kiibo in the corner, and Maki and Kaito were talking. Me and Shuichi sit down next to Maki and Kaito.
  "Hey Kaede! Hey Shuichi!" Kaito exclaimed.
"Hey Kaito" We replied.
We talked for a bit until class started. We were about 10 minutes into class when Amami came in. Late. Like always...
"Sorry I'm late Ms Yukizome!" Amami said.
"It's fine Amami" ms Yukizome replied.
Rantaro sat down in the seat next to mine. He's stared at me.
"What do you want?" I said confused.
"Can I borrow a pencil?" Amami answered.
"Gosh, why are you never prepared, you're late and you don't even have a pencil?!" Kaede said with annoyance.
"Heh. Can I just have my pencil?" Amami replied with a wierd look on his face.
I reached into my bag and grabbed a pencil from the pocket.
"Here" I said as I handed him the pencil.
"Thanks!" He said as you tilted his head and smiled.
I rolled my eyes and went back to taking notes.

-With the magic of TeruTerus fried chicken we can skip to after class-

A while back I wrote a love letter to confess my love to Shuichi, and I think it's finally time to give it to him. I walk up to his locker. I'm really nervous what If he only sees me as a friend.. what if he likes someone else... what if he doesn't even like girls to begin with?! No Kaede! You will put it in his locker and accept whatever outcome you get! As I was about to go put it into his locker, I hear Gonta and Kokichi quarreling. I quickly put the letter into his locker and go and see what is going on. As I am walking up to them I see Rantaro heading to his locker, I'm surprised you even has a locker... he is so irresponsible. I go up to Kokichi and Gonta to see what was going on.
"Kokichi says bugs are stupid! And Gonta had to watch him step on a cockroach! Gonta believes bugs are friends! Gonta cannot forgive Kokichis actions!" Gonta said with anger.
"Nehe Bugs are useless creatures the quicker you realize that the better!" Kokichi replied.

After a lot of back and forth arguing between Gonta and Kokichi, Kirumi showed up to break it up. After I dealt with Gonta and Kokichi I started walking out of the school to walk home. The second I walked out the doors, I felt a tap on my shoulders. I turned around and it was Amami.
"What do you want now?!" I said annoyed.
Amami took out a letter from his pocket.
"What is that?" I asked.
"Just a little letter I found in my locker of you confessing your love to Saihara" He said with a cheeky smile on his face.
What?! How?! I must've put it into the wrong locker when I got distracted by Kokichi and Gonta! UGH! I sighed and replied to Amami.
"Thank you for telling me but if you would kindly give it back"
"Hmm.. nah... that's no fun." Amami replied
"Then what do you plan to do with it...?" I asked curiously
"Nothing. Actually, I want to help you two get together!" Amami said with a smile on his face.
"What's the catch..?" Kaede said.
"Nothing! You may not see me as a nice person, but I actually am." Amami replied.
"Fine... you can help me.." Kaede agreed.
We stood awkwardly there for a while, until Amami finally spoke up.
"So wanna walk home together?" Amami asked.
"I usually walk with Shuichi..." Kaede answered.
"No worries we can wait for him and walk home as a group" Amami said.

We sat on a bench outside the school entrance waiting for Shuichi to walk out. He took 10 minutes. Meaning I had to spend 10 whole minutes with Amami.
"Hey Shuichi! Ready to walk home?" Kaede said.
"Yeah! What is Amami doing here? Didn't you say he annoys you?" Shuichi replied.
"He does... but he wanted to walk with me.. so I'm letting him" Kaede said nervously.
"Umm Okay..?" Shuichi said confused.

So we all walked home together, Amami and Shuichi got along pretty well, I didn't really say a word the whole walk tho... finally we got to my house and I said bye to Amami and Shuichi...

I got up to my room and told Kaori about my whole day, she just laughed about the fact that I put the letter into the wrong locker.. she's never gonna let me get over this...
