Georges mother opened Georges creaky door and glanced over at George, who was still sleeping. It was already 7:45 and the bus would come at 8:00. He was supposed to wake up at 7:15 as he usually does. She looked at him for the next two minutes and decided that she should wake him up since he won't do it himself.
"George. Wake up already." She said as her son groaned and pulled off his sheets dramatically. He sat up and glanced over at his mother who had woken him up in the middle of a nice dream.
He looked over at her once again, "Why are you waking me up so early? It's only... 7:48.." He said as he looked over at his alarm clock. He had previously thought it was, at the most, 7:25. How could it have possibly been so late? He only has 13 minutes to get ready now.
He jumped out of bed after thinking for awhile. He went over to his door to lock it. He stripped and put on a blue shirt, as well as some blue jeans. He had owned these jeans for at least 3 years now. They were worn out from all of the activities he had done in them. He still loved them though. He got a pair of socks from a bin in his closet and kneeled on the floor to put them on.
He went over to his desk in his room as he picked up his school bag that was right next to it. He slung the bag over his arm and walked over to his door. He unlocked the door and walked out of it. He rushed down the stairs as he checked his phone that was in his pocket. It was 7:56, he had four minutes left.
He went into the kitchen and got some waffles from the freezer. He got two waffles from the box and put them into the toaster. While he was waiting for them to toast he went over to the end of the stairs and sat on the last stair step. He put on his shoes that were just right there and tied each one into a delicate bow. He heard the waffles in the toaster pop up. He jumped up off of the stair step and went into the kitchen to get his waffles. He bit into one and waved goodbye to his mother.
"Goodbye. Have fun." his mother said sternly, as usual.
He walked towards the door as he slung his jacket over his shoulder. "I'll put it on later," He thought to himself. He grabbed his bag and slung it around his other shoulder. He opened the door and walked out. He walked down the driveway and put down his bag. He put on his jacket fully then he put back on his bag. He grabbed his phone out of his pocket as he checked the time. It was 7:59.
He saw the bus drive around the corner, driving towards his house. It parked in front of his house and he got in. He glanced at the bus driver who had blonde hair and blue eyes. He wore a green hat with white stripes. George walked down the bus and sat in a seat with nobody in it. It was halfway through the bus.
He looked out the window wondering if the boy that has been tormenting his the whole school year would attend school today. He really didn't want him there. He had pink hair, the length was relatively long. There was two loose strands framing his face as the rest of his hair was tied up in a loose ponytail in the back. The bus stopped. He came back to reality and realized that they were at school. He grabbed his bag and went out of the school bus. He walked onto the sidewalk facing the school. He sighed as he walked in.
