Mr. Pegasus was surprised when he heard Mr. Elfman tell the principal he was going to put on a show. Not just any show but a production of The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
"Class, I have some fabulous news."
"What is it, Mr Pegasus?" I asked as I was painting a Blue Eyes White Dragon.
"The school's doing a Show!!" Mr. Pegasus said. "It's based on something that happened in the age of disco"
The class went cuckoo and cheered cause it was good.
"Come on, guys. 46 years ago, what happened?"
"Lupin III: Strange Psychokinetic Strategy was released." Ivan said
"Anyway. Come on, I'll give you a hint. it was an important moment in cinematic history." he told us.
The class was all silent for a moment before a light bulb went off in my head
"Oh, oh, The Rocky Horror Picture Show came out in 1975." I said confidently.
Pegasus grinned. "Correct, Aven-boy," he replied. I smiled, pleased with my correct answer. "Indeed, TRHPS was one of the greatest comedy/horror musical movies in history. Initially, it was critically panned, but it eventually garnered a cult following. The music teacher Mr. Elfman has been really shady about it, we will watch the movie and see who in this production will be playing who?"
"Let's do the Time Warp again!" I said.
"We're watching the original 1975 version."
"I'm gonna audition!" I said
"No need Aven-boy, Mr. Elfman wanted me give you this" Pegasus said as he handed me a script. The highlighted parts were for "Dr. Frank-N-Furter - A Scientist"
"Mr. Pegasus, you should be the Criminologist." I said
"Sorry, but I don't know how to act." He responded.
