Kaylee bounces over towards me outside of entrance to Cribs. A huge mall in Bristol. I smile at her and meet her halfway and open my arms wide for a hug. We embrace in a hug before letting go and walking arm in arm towards the shops. “So, where too?” I ask, looking over at the girl beside me. “Hollister” she insists, dragging me towards the shop. I’m so glad I managed to keep half of the money I saved over in Spain when converted into pounds. I walk in behind her, the strong smell of Hollister perfume wafting in the air. Hollister models walking around, all the girls dressed in cute little dresses and the men with their shirts off.

One of the men winked at me as I walked past, causing me to blush. If George was here now he would have grabbed my hand and walked me away as fast as he could to the other side of the shop. I just smile and walk on. After about 20 minutes I walk up to the counter with afew things. She placed each item in the bag one by one as she checked them out. Two body mists, 1 top, a pair of jeans and a pair of shorts and then a cute dress. She places them in a bag and I hand over the money before meeting Kaylee outside of the shop.

“Where now?” She asks. “H&M” I smile, clapping my hands. I’ve always loved H&M. I don’t know why but their clothes just always seem to fit perfectly. We walk in to the busy shop, teenagers about 16 walking around in groups of 3 or 4, clearly their friends. “Split and meet in 15 minutes” Kaylee smiles and walks off upstairs. I walk around the bottom floor, looking for something that intrigues me. Something caught my eye as I walked past and as I backed up my steps I came face to face with a gorgeous black blouse with 6 square studs on each collar in the shape of half a triangle. I picked my size up off the rack and note the price in my head. £12.99. I found a dress which I rather liked which had a black and white Aztec pattern on the front. I picked that up and placed it in my basket along with my blouse and noted the price as £12.99 once again. Finally I picked up one more item and that was £14.099. A blue marl-knitted jumper that fell off the shoulder slightly. I was thin too so I could easily wear it in the summer on the breezy days. I walk up to the counter and finally pay for my items before walking out of the shop to see Kaylee waiting patiently for me. I giggle and walk up to her. “Come on, I’m hungry” she laughs, grabbing my elbow and pushing us through the crowd on our way to McDonalds.

We walked into the fast food restaurant and to our surprise is wasn’t that busy. We walked straight up to an empty till and both ordered a McChicken Sandwich with a smartie McFlurry and a strawberry milkshake. We wait patiently for our food. Finally it came and we picked up our trays and sat at an empty seat by the window. “Thank you for today, it was really fun” I smile at Kaylee who was sat across from me. “It’s no problem... I mean, I’m just glad to have you back” she smiles, taking a sip of her milkshake.

Finally we were finished with our food and walked out of the shop happily, our stomachs no longer grumbling. We walk up to Kaylee’s car and hop in, turning on the radio and driving off towards home.
