5....4....3....2.....1.....SCHOOLS OUT!!!
I ran out of the school with my best friends, we were in for a great summer.
Before I go any further into the story in going to introduce myself. My names Samantha, Sam for short. I have long , wavy, brown hair and blue eyes. My skin colour isn't light but isn't dark either and the most important thing about me...... I am not an outdoor person.
Well anyway, it was the last day of high school. I had just finished 5th year. I was so excited about going into 6th year, even though some people are dreading the exams and all the leaving stuff I'm looking forward to it and before you ask, no I am not one of those people that is the class nerd. I'm not looking forward to it but in not dreading it. Of course I was really looking forward to a summer of fun with my friends. However my fantasy of my perfect summer was ruined when I walked through my front door.
"No buts Samantha, you are going to this summer camp end of story. I've already paid for it." shouted my mum from the kitchen. I was currently sitting in the living room while my mum was lecturing me about being grateful.
When I had arrived home my mum greeted me by telling me to get my stuff ready for summer camp. I was shocked, she hadn't even mentioned this to me before and now she was telling me I was to spend my summer in a place I didn't even know, with people I most likely will not get along with and with the possibility of a rat infested sleeping area. I had informed my mum about the dangers of sending me to this place but she told me I was being ridiculous when frankly I thought I was thinking logically.I trudged up the stairs sadly and made my way into my room. I grabbed my case from my cupboard and started pulling clothes from my drawers into it. Next I put in some nice summery dresses and my swimming costumes. I them pulled my makeup bag out from my school bag and shoved it into my case along with some bath towels and shower gel. I threw in some shoes and slammed my case shut.
This was going to be the worst summer of my life.
