Chapter 12 | Runaway Love?

Scarlett's POV

It broke my heart to see Luke, my Luke with another girl. But i had to be strong, right?
"Miss, your food" the worker said breaking my train of thought. Her name was Hazel, from what her name tag said and she looked around my age.
"Thanks love" i said grabbing my bag, ready to go. "Your Perrie Edwards sister, right? Scarlett" she asked looking at me like i was on a lie detector test.
I nodded my head i grabbed her hand and pulled her to the side. "Please don't tell anyone." I asked worried that she would tell someone. "Are you okay? You look like you have been crying" she asked worried filling her voice. Wow she is really thoughtful. I thought to myself.
I pointed to the table that Luke and Jane were seated at.

"oh i'm sorry" she said. "hey wanna help me do something"  she said looking and smiling at me. "sure" i said happily. she went to the restaurant's kitchen and a few seconds later came back out with two glasses of Pepsi. i smirked because i knew what was going to come Luke's way. She walked over to where Luke and Jane were seated, she waved her hand towards me, telling me to come over. Luke and Jane just looked at her confused. I laughed at their dumbness. once Luke saw me he pulled his hand by his side. "Hi Luke" I said while smirking at him. "W-what are you d-d-doing here" he answered. "It's not W-w-what it L-looks like" he exclaimed. "Then what does it L-look like, Luke" i sassed him putting my hand on my hip. "You know what" he said getting angry and getting up and out of his seat. "what Lucas"

"YOUR'RE A BITCH" he roared at me in my face.  By everyone in the restaurant were starring at the scene unfolding in front of their eyes. I just started to cry. maybe because i just realized that my, now ex-boyfriend had cheated on me. Hazel went to grab my food. when she came back i gave her my phone number and told her to call me sometime, then i ran out of the restaurant, anywhere Luke wasn't.

I ran back to the tour bus, i opened the door to see that the boys wearn't here. hmm.. gives me more time i thought in my head. i grabbed all my suitcases and packed my clothes again.  I grabbed my phone and text ed Danielle to come pick me up. she agreed. i felt a note for Zayn. It read.

Dear Zayn,

I know i have done this in the past.... but this is now. I'm leaving

i'm going to be with Perrie and go on tour with her it's not that i don't like you guys, you boys are like brothers to me. but it's Luke.... he cheated on me and i don't think i could see him everyday and know that he cheated on me. I will probably cut myself again because of him.... just tell him that i'm leaving him and i will never want to be in his life again. And please know that I love you, like a brother. this is not a goodbye it's a see you soon.

after a few minutes Danielle came and she and asked me. "why am i picking you up, again" and i told her about how i saw that Luke was cheating on me with my old best friend, Jane.

"I'm sorry" she said once we got in the car. "it's okay" i said. when really i was heartbroken.

once she got to the airport, i got out and thanked her and made her promise not to tell Liam or anybody where i was going. she said she promised but i am pretty sure she will tell someone.

I walked to the front desk and asked for a one way ticket to London, that's where Little Mix are playing next, at the 02 Arena. she gave me it and i thanked her. i looked at my phone to see that i had  1 hour until my plane is ready to board and that i had 10 messages from Zayn and a call from...............Luke. I decided not to reply to them and take a nap.

1 hour Later

"flight 438 to London, is now boarding"  I heard a voice say through the speakers. i got up and grabbed my bags, i was about to grab my last bag until another hand beat me to it. "um sorry but this is mine, sir" i said trying to grab it but the person keeps moving it. "Scarlett" i heard a raspy voice say "yes" i said questioning who it was. " look at me" i lifted my head to see Luke. he looked like he had been crying.

yeah right.

"Luke stop let me go" i said starting to cry again. he grabbed my wrist and said. "no" he said i pulled my hand out of his grasp and ran to the tunnel thing. before the doors close i heard him yell. "I LOVE YOU SCARLETT ROSE EDWARDS" When i got on the plane and found me seat. i heard myself whisper "i love you too Lucas Robert Hemmings" and the plane took off away from Luke.forever and always. i should be happy about this, but deep down i know i am not.
