Chapter 11

Calum's POV

I've arranged a little date for Ella and I to go on today. Luke and Ash were at Mike and Ella's house this morning and I was gonna ask Ella about going with me tonight.

"The boys and I we're playing Fifa with Ash watching and Ella came downstairs in a tank top and pyjama bottoms. She was so pretty. I got up and gave her a hug. "Hey Calum," She said.

"Hey Ella listen I've got plans for today. Michael knows about it so its all good." I said.

"Sure Cal, what are they?"

"Well first, we're gonna go roller skating, then we're going horse back riding and then lunch, after that, we're going to go to the zoo and come back here. And then, we're gonna go for dinner and then the boys and I are playing a little gig at the Annandale Hotel and you're coming." I said.

"Oh my god really!?!?!?!?" She said excitedly. "Yes, now hurry on and eat and then get changed."

She came down minutes later. She looked so pretty. I took her and and we said goodbye to everyone and walked out and to my car. "Ready?" I asked smiling at her.

"Ready." She confirmed returning a beautiful smile.

We drove off to the roller skating rink. I parked the car and then we walked in. We walked into the rink hand in hand and then stood in line. We got onto the rink and I took her hand in mine. "Cal, I've never done this before."

"Don't worry Ella, I can help you." I said, kissing her cheek. I started skating and she followed. In no time she was flying it. When it was time for us to move onto the next part of our day out, she said to me: "Thanks Calum I had a great time."

"We've only just started babe." I said and saw her blush a little. We walked back to my car and got in. I then drove off to our next destination.

I parked my car in the car park, again, and opened the door for Ella. I walked with her to the stables. "Ever been horseback riding before?" I asked her. "Yeah I have actually. I did it one time on an outing we did with the orphanage. It was great fun." She said. "Good, so have I." We walked to the office thing and I mentioned our reservations and then the lady brought us to the stables. She handed both of us our riding helmets and then riding boots and then left to get the horses ready.

Then we walked out and the two horses were ready. "Ok guys, these two are Abby and Princess. And they are going to be the horses you guys will be using today."

I used Abby and Ella used Princess. We started to go on the little trail that I knew that the stables

Ella's POV

When Calum and I where finished lunch we walked to the zoo. We got a load of pictures with the animals. We went to the souvenir shop afterwards and he bought me a stuffed snow leopard toy and I absolutely love it. "Thanks Calum." I said kissing his cheek when he gave it to me. He's the sweetest person ever. Also he's my first boyfriend so it's that much more special to me. Well spent a solid 4/5 hours in the zoo. We headed out for dinner. Nothing fancy it was just a little diner but it was still sweet of Calum. We had dessert and then we headed back out to the house. "hey baby sis, how was your day with your boyfriend?" I blushed a little at his comment and said "One, I'm not a baby and two, it was awesome."

"That's good, just remember if her ever hurts you come to me ok?" "Yeah thanks Michael." I said hugging him. "Uh guys? I'm still here." We heard a voice and there was Calum standing there awkwardly. Michael laughed and said "what time is the show?" Ash got up and said "eight thirty why?" "Well we need time to do sound check for it and not to mention get everything ready for it."

"Ok let's go!!" Luke said. They all left except for Michael. Obviously.

In just under half an hour everyone was ready to go and we all got into the van. We arrived at the venue and the boys set up their gear. I sat in one of the seats beside some people who i guessed were fans. "Hey, what's your name?"

"Ella Clifford. What's yours?" I said politely.

"Jessica Swift and this is my friend Sophia Jacob. And did you say Clifford?"

"Yeah. Michael is my big brother. He told me the other day why i was adopted and his reason was that he wanted a little sister to take care of." She made an "aw" kind of face. "Is he a good big brother?"

"Yeah he's great." I said.

Calum came over and kissed my cheek and I blushed. The girls looked at us in confusion. "You ready for the show tonight Els?" He asked. "Yeah Calum it's gonna be great." "I'm nervous but excited." He started singing a song called "Nervous But Excited." The Jessica, Sophia and I just stared at him.

He stopped. "Sorry am I embarrassing my girlfriend?" He said. "Kinda" I said, and did you just call me your girlfriend?"

"Oops, and yes, I did. You got a problem with that?" He said with sass in his voice. I giggled and said "nope, now go and do soundcheck you doof." He smiled, kissed my cheek and then ran off. The girls "awed" and I blushed.

We watched the show and after, Calum ran up to me backstage and kissed me. For the first time. We pulled away and I saw my big brother, and his two other friends smiling adoringly at us. We both blushed and hugged. We went out for a bit of food after the show and then went home. I fell asleep against my new boyfriends shoulder while watching Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince.
