11 years

Watch your back, you may be in danger, but not too much. 

12 years

Your under surveillance, you are still too young to enter. 

13 - 18 years. 

You are being harassed by them. You will be watched continuously/constantly by slender or his proxies; from age 14, they can train you, or watch to see what skills you were trained, if you were. 

19+ years

They will kill you or can kill you, your an adult. Known to them as a nuisance
