Chapter 1

Jim sat across from a currently sober Harvey Bullock and it was just another days work, in fact it was a very quiet day for the workforce at GCPD. "Hey, any news?" asked Harvey. "Huh, no, none yet..." Jim replied to his partner as they looked around in boredom. Jim scanned the station when a young girl caught his eye, she had dark brown hair and a quite pale face and eyes with such an obscure colour, her eyes were Golden, they gleamed under dark light. But what caught Jim's attention was her all-round complexion it was so similar to the one of Selina that Jim's curiousness got the better of him and he decided to see who see was. "Uh- I'm be right back Harvey..." Jim assured his parter. Harvey was to busy to listen so he didn't hear a word Jim said, as usual...

Bruce and his rich friend Rachel were sat outside the pool. "Bruce, are you OK?" Rachel asked. But Bruce wasn't listening, he was too busy thinking about Selina, but what he didn't know was that she was closer that he thought.
"What? huh- Yea!" Bruce replied as he broke his train of thought. Suddenly Bruce heard a rustling noise coming from the back of the garden "Did you here that, Bruce?" asked Rachel in a very melodramatic tone, Bruce nodded his head
as both children walked towards the source of the noise.

As Jim walked over to the girl, they had second of eye contact before he looked away. "Excuse, me, miss?" Jim asked the young girl. "Yes, Detective Gordon?" she snapped. Jim stood in shock at the tone of her voice, it was quite intimidating, just by her voice you could tell me that she has had a tough life but he was quite shock that she knew who he was "How do you know who I am?" Jim asked. She stayed silent just staring at Jim with sinister eyes. "Miss, state your name and why your here." Jim ordered. The girl narrowed her eyes. "Jim! Let's go!" yelled Harvey from across the station. "Miss, I'll be..." Jim turned around to see nobody, the girl was gone... "...back" he finished. Jim let out a sigh and followed Harvey to Mooney's.

Fish clapped in amusement at the old lady's performance. "Well done, great act!" Fish turned to her right hand man, Butch. "What did you think Butch?". Butch smiled and said "Great, Ms. Mooney" "Sorry to interrupt your play date Fish." said a voice from the entrance. As the figure a emerged from the shadows it became clear that it was the same girl who was talking Jim back at station. Butch went hold the girl but Fish stopped him "Butch, she's an friend" she assured him "But boss shes 13 year old kid-" argued Butch. The young girl came up close to Butch's face "16" she growled. "That's enough, I didn't ask you to come to Gotham to argue with Butch!" said Fish as she gestured the girl to come towards her. But they were interrupted by Jim and Harvey entering the building "YOU!" yelled Jim but he was too slow, before he could run at her the girl was already gone. "Uh- something your not telling, Jim?" asked a confused Harvey, Jim just ignored his partner. "Who was that?" Jim asked, Fish just looked at him for a seconded and raised an eyebrow "I'm afraid I can't tell you that detective" she grinned. Jim had already grown impatient "Miss Mooney! Give me something, anything!" He asked in a stern manner. Fish's expression changed quite rapidly "Fine, I'll give the photo, it's all we have on her" Jim knew Fish was lying but there's no point trying to bargain with that woman. Fish sent Butch to get the photo while Jim briefly explained the situation to his bewildered partner. Butch handed it to Fish and Fish handed it to Jim "Here..." she said as she gave it to him. "Pretty girl." stated Harvey. "Pretty and Deadly..." Fish added. Jim started to examine the photo until he released it was actually half of a full photo "Why is it ripped?" asked Jim. Fish smiled "That... I can't tell you". Jim looked back down at the photo seeing a small hand belonging to the person in the other half of the photo, "Huh..." he exclaimed.

Jim headed out to car as Harvey gave Fish a small kiss before following Harvey to the car. Both men just sat for a while until Harvey broke the silence by adding "Jim, you know this is not a GCPD case, right?" Jim just looked out the window "Yea..." Was the only word Jim muttered.
