UNDER THE STARS MOON INTRO

CHAPTER11

As winter began to come to an end and spring was coming in to view. The Luna gave birth to her first pups and one was as black as a star lit sky who had a twin sister who was as bright as a moon in the sky. The pups where opposite colors one has grey spots and the other had white spots that looked like stars. They were born to the Alpha and Luna of the pack. As the alpha and luna were proud of their pups. The entire pack decided that they were the most beautiful pups born in the packs, history. So, they decided to try and get there plain grey and red pups to be the mates of those two, but all were not allowed to become the mates of the alphas pups. He was very protective of his pups the only ones allowed near them other than him and his mate where the betas and their pups who were the play mates for the pups. That where born the same day.

Who were the same age as them. Only the betas pups can play with the alphas pups because some of the other pack members pups being too wild in play. Also, the other pups have hurt other pups that they played with. The alphas pups need to be protected. And not exposed to that until they are learning how to hunt and how to fight for their protection. So, all the pups play in the dens and the yards in front of the dens.

As they help their parents out around the dens before they play. They also learn things that will help them in the future. As they help their parents, they learn what is able to be eaten and what is not. When they go to play, they begin to learn as well. As they play, they learn essence skills for hunting and fighting but only if they get to play. Otherwise they would learn from watching and many times get hurt trying to hunt or even die in a fight. So, the alpha made a rule that all pups must be allowed to play. With that rule all of the pups got to play and learn from the elders. The elders taught the pups how to do everything be it a young wolf of only a few months old to a pup of a year or more.

When they reached the age of nine years old, they knew what they needed to know in fighting and hunting. After that they began learning the social graces. with how the pack ranking worked. They already knew that the alpha and Luna got first and then the pups after the Luna's pups. Then they and their moms got. After they had the rest. But not in the exact order they got the food,

but not used for a tool food or anything else was dried ground down and put in the land to help it be able to support new growth to feed everything and everyone though in the year and all meat that was divided was dried by the respective leader of each den who will distribute the food as need comes for it to be handed out but not all at once will it be given out as need is there for the food to be given out to the pack members over time. After all of it was handed out for that month, they put it in their stores. Yet what they didnt know was that the leaders did not do as the kings had told them to do. Until they had to do a storage check that check showed that they took all but the worst rations for themselves. The rest of them took it straight to the alphas of these areas who took it to the king and queen. Who in the end decided to demote them to second in command of the ranks. Putting the one who first realized it in charge of that den. The den was more a group of houses and each rank had their own house group set up in a circle and each circle of houses was set up in the form of a star and moon. That shape was to represent the packs name the mystic moon pack. The pack lived by only hunting when need was there and only taking what was needed and that went for all the nine packs on the mystic isles.

But they each had their own island and three of which were not known until later. Because of the fact that they were on the misty isle and the foggy isle. The two isles that the paths where found but not explored as of yet. They were getting ready to explore the rest of the islands that are connected by land bridges.

The packs heard unknown howls but not known that they were also heard by other packs. They knew from the smells in the wind that there were other shifters that lived on the islands of the mystic isles. They also knew that there were a few other beings within the forests that where more dangerous. That would become a threat if given the chance to do so. Also, they knew that there would be a day that they would be called on. When the new shifters became in danger. That they would need the help of the packs who knew of the dangers and that knew they didnt know of any of this.
