Spy School: Berica One-shots

Heartbeat

Hi guys, this one shot is a version where mike didn't burst into the room. So Ben could actually talk to Trixie about what Erica was saying (like us berica shippers wanted😭) and yeah I'll start the one shot now.

Ben's P.O.V.

"I just wanted to meet the boy my sister's always talking about."

That sentence made me freeze. Erica....Erica Hale talked about me? I must have heard wrong or I'm dreaming, or...or...I don't know. What I do know however, is that my heart is beating so fast I feel like it's going to explode. I know that sounds dramatic but you should see the heart monitor, it's beeping like crazy. I don't even know what's going on anymore I-

"Oh my god, are you okay?!"

"Huh?"

"Your heart monitor is beeping like crazy!"

Told you guys I wasn't kidding.

"Oh yeah I'm fine, it's just....um well...I'm just happy and excited that's all."

I blushed and looked down, I started playing with my fingers like I do when I get nervous. (I actually do that when I get nervous)

"Why are you...ohhhhh"

I looked back up and saw that Trixie was smirking.

"W-what?"

"I see....you have a crush on my sister!"

"I uh..well um"

"Don't worry she likes you too!"

"Wait what? Did she tell you that?"

"Well not exactly but the times that she talked about you, she was smiling and her eyes were kinda shining. Which is really unusual for my sister, that didn't even happen with that Joshua guy."

I didn't know how to respond, on the outside I looked pretty calm....as red as a tomato but calm. Although on the inside I was screaming with joy, I know that probably sounds cheesy but I can't help it.

"Just promise to not tell Erica."

"Why not? She likes you back you dummy!"

"Yeah but incase your wrong...just don't, plus she's probably still not ready yet and I don't want to pressure her."

She looked at me for a few seconds then smiled.

"I know I'm overprotective of my sister but...I like you, you want what's best for her and I can tell you care about her a lot."

I smiled back in return and nodded.

"I do care a lot about Erica."

There was a silence for a few minutes before Trixie got a message on her phone.

"Oh I gotta go, my mom is wondering where I am."

"Oh ok, it was really nice to meet you."

"Yeah, right back at you ben. Oh and by the way I technically didn't promise sooooo bye!"

"Wait what?!"

I tried to get up but I was attached to wires and the heart monitor and anyways, by the time I got them off she would already be out. In fact she already was. Great just great now Erica's going to kill me.

Alright guys, so the next part is going to be in Trixie's point of view when she see's Erica. I'll most likely post part 2 later today or tomorrow and sorry this was so short but I have some things to do but I promise these chapters aren't going to be short like this one.
