❝WHAT EVER DO YOU MEAN?❞

( The Summary )

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

CATHERINE MADIERA IS AN OVERACHIEVER, STRIVING TO BE the very best. Having parents almost always at work, either out of town or locking themselves in their office for hours. Somehow Kate blamed herself for their neglect and therefore resolved to work harder - having sleepless nights studying for her exams, in the hopes that maybe, maybe they would put down their work for five seconds and appreciate her work and hearing the five words 'We're so proud of you' from their lips. But no matter the number of times she tried, they can't seem to show that bit of affection. Her sister, Elizabeth Madiera had told her countless times they wouldn't comply. She herself had tried that tactic to no avail and had given up long before. Nevertheless, Kate kept trying.

Kate's aware, pushing herself over is only going to get her killed - especially to those who showed no intention in making an effort. She just couldn't help herself. If she even tried to slack off for a moment she felt like her parent's love for her is slipping away further. This caused a group of kids known as the Bowers' gang to pick on her. Constantly calling her names and making fun of her for taking school way too seriously. Oh! if only they knew. Her sister, however, gave no shit about their mama and papa. Knowing full well they won't spare a single minute for them. She had enrolled herself with Henry Bowers and his gang. An action receiving high disapproval from Kate. Who wouldn't? You would too if your sister befriended - correction started dating one who bullied you and your friends for years. But people cope in different ways don't they? Liz felt wanted there, and there she'll be. If her sister can't be happy for her like her mama and papa, so be it.

Liz doesn't necessarily bully The Losers Club along with her friends. She just stood there and watch. Only increasing Kate's resentment towards her sister. ("Couldn't you have done something, instead of just standing there!") She once voiced her thoughts to Liz, at dinner. Kate truly, truly loved her sister - she is her sister after all - maybe you just have to dig far down her heart to prove it. But the thing is, you don't always have to know someone for very long to really care for them. Mike Hanlon and Kate met so abruptly - in a not so appropriate situation -, yet feelings just had to get in the way mid adventure.

With a killer clown coming after the kids of Derry, Maine every twenty seven years, Bill's brother, Georgie went missing, and strange occurrences along the way, The Loser's Club are on a mission to take IT down. They succeeded, but at what cost?

The Curse Breaker did break the curse, but only for so long...

Credit is due to Stephen King for the storylines, characters, and dialogues associated with both the book and the movie adaptations of IT. Original characters and dialogues that aren't a part of the IT book and movies such as Kate Madiera and a few others are owned by me.

All the gifs used in this story are all made by me, taken resources from either Youtube or Pinterest.

I have chosen Jack Dylan Grazer as Eddie Kaspbrak, as he is who I envisioned Eddie to look like since watching the movies. However, I do want to inform the reader, I do not agree or support his actions, it is simply disgusting and unacceptable and therefore wishes for you to separate the character and the actor. Otherwise, you may picture Eddie as another, as you please.

This fic would be leaning more towards the movies, than the books. Because I know for a fact, the book is harsher and brutal than the movies. This is in the thought of my own mental well being and your's as well.
