Hariz was looking at his beautiful wives and they were smiling lovingly. He smiled and pressed their bodies against his. He placed kisses on their foreheads and they giggled. He was looking at the snake and his gaze was fixed on him. He slithered and came towards the trunk, they were sitting on.
"You have two days to take that girl to me. Otherwise, I'll leave this place with your wives and you won't be able to see them. This place is horrific and things are changing at a high pace. Leave before you are late." His eyes were all black rather than hazel and his scales glittering in the sunlight.
How could he give me two days only when the mountains are far away?
Hariz could not get the information pasted into his brain. He released them from his hold and stood in front of the snake and questioned, "The mountains are far away. How can I go there and come back in two days? Give me some more time."
"Hariz, I don't have much time. Besides, you've two powerful wives and they can help you in this. Afterall, you are doing this for them as a weak human!"
"Don't worry my lord. We'll help you and you'll be with us before the time finishes. Believe me." Flora whispered and was caressing his right hand.
"She's right. We're powerful enough to take you there, my lord." Althea assured and like Flora, she was caressing his left hand.

His lips were smiling and his heartbeat was so fast. He glanced at them and they smiled and mumbled, "We'll be safe don't worry." Hariz nodded and looked at his wedding band.
"I will teleport you to the city there but...." Althea said and stopped.
He put his hand on her thigh and she further said, "Be aware of the situation there. That city is full of cruel and brutal people just like their tyrant. He is so merciless, inhuman, and an atrocious man ever...." a tear left her eye and his heart ached. It was a torment for him to see Althea cry. He glanced at Flora and she was sobbing. He pulled them to his broad chest and they were sobbing silently.
