speaking of nervous, if you've been feeling overwhelmed or any upset feelings then I suggest listening to slowed down versions of songs because it helped me :) it also brings me to a calm headspace like it's so addicting.

there's a variety of songs but those are some I really recommend!! you can drop your recommendations too ^^
I also tried tea to calm myself and to not put all the tea that was gifted to my family to waste. then I tried adding cereal into tea mixed with milk and it taste nice but just consuming it feels weird, I'd give it a six out of ten.
