Hello? [Tommyinnit x Reader] (DISCONTINUED)

Chapter 1 - A usual evening

"Y/n? I'm going to stream now ok? Don't come in my room" My brother Toby told me, "yes, ok I won't come in" I replied. My brother is a streamer and it gets kind of annoying sometimes and the worst part about it is the fact that I have to get bullied in school for it. Luckily Toby is a kind brother and is quite understanding of my problems. Sometimes I constantly hear some shouting and weird noises from his room when he streams but I'm used to it now.

That night, my parents were away at a friends house which meant I had to make dinner by myself. I walked over to the kitchen to see what type of concoction I could produce for dinner. After countless minutes of looking through cupboards and the fridge, I decided to make ham sandwiches. It was simple but it did the job. I grabbed a few slices of bread, some slices of ham, a bit of lettuce and a tomato. I laid out the four slices of bread (2 for me and 2 for Toby) and added the slices of ham on top followed by some lettuce and some sliced tomatoes. On the other piece of bread I spread on some mayonnaise and topped of the sandwich. [a/n I don't actually know how to make ham sandwiches but I guess this will be fine?I grabbed a couple of plates and put a sandwich on each of them. Trying not to drop the plate, I slowly made my way over to Toby's room upstairs. "Can I come in? I've got you some food" I shouted into his room. "Come in," He shouted back. I carefully opened the door and handed him the sandwich.

"Come in," I shouted back. Y/n walked into my room carrying a plate of sandwiches. "Is that your sister Tubbo?" Said Tommy who was in a call with me. "She looks kinda cu- " The whole discord call with Tommy, Quackity, And Wilbur erupted with laughter. The chat was spamming aww and simp and started going at 100 miles per hour.  "Are you ok Toby? Why are you laughing so much" y/n asked. "Haha! Uh do you want to talk to Tommy?"

Back to y/n pov —————————-

"Well, I've got to go do my homework that's due tomorrow so sorry Toby," I politely replied. "Enjoy your sandwich!"  I walked back into the kitchen and start eating your sandwich. I started to wonder why Toby asked me to talk to Tommy because whenever I went in to give him food, he would just accept it and ask me to leave. I knew that Tommy was toby's best friend but I had never talked to him before. He looked quite cute  in my opinion but that was wrong. I couldn't have a crush on my brother's best friend that I've never spoken to before. I finish eating my sandwich whilst scrolling through tik tok and  walked up to my room to complete my homework.

I am thankful that tomorrow is Friday which means it's the last day of school. I was especially excited as it would be only 6 more days until the winter break. School was never something I enjoyed because people would bully me for various reasons. One of them was because i have a fairly famous twitch streamer as my brother and secondly it was because of my height. I was always the shortest person in my class and never really enjoyed it. Most of my classmates were all around 5"8 to 6"2. I was only 5"4 and Toby is 5"6.

I continued to work on my maths homework which was algebra, my least favorite part of maths. I was almost done when Toby barged through the door. "Hey y/n, you doing your homework still?" Toby asked. "Yea I'm still doing it, what do you want" I said back to him. "I just finished the stream and Tommy said you look kinda cute," "WAIT WHAT?" You exclaimed. "So would you like to stream with me tomorrow so you can talk to Tommy?" He asked. I was never good with meeting new people but this was my brother's best friend, what could go wrong? "I guess?" I replied. "Great, thanks for the sandwiches, they were really good!" Toby said, running out the door.

I sat there staring at the page of equations, my anxiety getting the better of me. What would I say to Tommy? Did he really think I was cute?  These thoughts flew around my head as I completed the last to questions of my homework. I finished, hopefully with most of them correct and shoved the paper into my homework folder. I sat there looking outside the dark and emptiness from my window when I heard the front door open.

"Toby, y/n, we're back!" My parents shouted. "We got you some donuts!" My eyes lit up with joy as my legs carried me down the stairs and into the kitchen. Donuts were my favorite thing and I would never miss and opportunity to eat them. (A/n if you don't like donuts you can change it into something else) "Thanks mum and dad!" I said. I grabbed a plate and a donut and went to sit on the sofa.  "What did you and Toby have for dinner?" Your mum asked. "We just had some sandwiches, I made them" I replied with my mouth full of donut. I decided to scroll through Instagram for a bit and continued to eat my donut. I cleaned up my plate and walked up to my room.

By this time, it was around 9:30 pm so I decided to get ready for bed. I hopped into the shower and got changed into my penguin pajamas. Even though I was 17, I still really liked them. Toby had a matching pair as well but they had bees on them (for obvious reasons). I brushed my teeth and threw myself onto my bed. My thoughts from earlier returned back into my mind which made me shiver with fear. I turned off the lights and began to slowly drift off into sleep.
