Flashback
Gloxinia lead you into the Fairy King's forest to show you around. He dragged you around by your hand to the most beautiful places you had ever seen. He smiled the whole way, and so did you. However unfortunately, good things don't last forever.

End of flashback

You were sitting on the hill where the tavern had been set up. You notice two birds flying in the distance.

Your POV
---------------------------------------------------------
I swear some day I am going to die of boredom, I thought to myself while sighing. I look up to see two weird looking birds flying above me, and they dropped a piece of paper. I look back up to see that they're already gone, so I look back to the paper and read it. Something about a fighting festival where if you win you get a wish granted.
Probably a scam, but it's worth a shot. I walked into the tavern and showed everyone the paper.

"Meliodas, no matter what way you look at that paper it's a scam.", Gilthunder told Meliodas. Well, he didn't listen because now we're standing right outside of a maze.
And Diane is gone. Then, next thing we knew, we fell down into a hole and got split up. So today was going just great. I seemed to be unlucky enough to have fallen down the same hole as Arthur and Meliodas.

"What just happened?", Arthur said while standing up. "Seems we fell down a hole and lost the others on the way", Meliodas said while walking into the maze.
"Hey, wait!", me and Arthur yelled in sync.

Now we had reached the middle and we were waiting for the festival to start. (I have absolutely no idea what the lines are for this part so uh bare with me)
"Hello everyone and welcome to the ultimate time consumer- I mean the great fighting festival!", the red haired fairy said loudly.
Wait... a red haired fairy that sounds like...
"Anyway, before we begin, I'll just eliminate all of those who are left in the maze. Death thorn!", the red headed fairy spoke. He sounded so calm, and he had been smirking the whole time.

The tentacle things around him unwrapped and turned into these large vines that had huge thorns on them, and they killed most if not everyone who was still in the maze. The red headed fairy's large, colorful wings were revealed as well.

Gloxinia? King and I gasped.
And... Drole? Diane and Matrona gasped.
"Wait, but you died 3,000 years ago! Y/N, you saw it, right?!", King said as he floated upwards. Gloxinia's eyes widened at the mention of my name. He looked downwards, eyes searching for me, and when he saw me he made eye contact. I quickly looked away.

"No... I didn't see him die... he just disappeared.", I stated, still shocked about seeing Gloxinia for the first time in thousands of years. Gloxinia looked away when I said that he just disappeared. He seemed guilty. King flew back down with the others.
Next thing I knew, I was being wrapped up by Gloxinia's tentacles I was carried up to the platform where he and Drole were.

"Y/N will not be participating in the festival.", Gloxinia said while he pulled me towards him.

(When Drole takes everyone hostage)

After Meliodas started attacking the two commandments that started the festival, Drole put us inside of this giant rock thing. And what's even more annoying is that Gloxinia specifically asked Drole to trap me in this thing too.

"Dammit..!" I yelled while banging my fists on the wall.

"Hey, calm down, we'll find a way to get out and help the captain", King said while he turned around.

"Look, captain's the only one who can fight those guys. We'd only be getting in the way if we tried to help", Ban said while leaning up against the rock wall.
"He's right, we should leave this to Meliodas", Gilthunder spoke, agreeing with Ban.
"Yeah... I doubt we'd even stand a chance against those guys.", Howzer said while rubbing the back of his neck.
"Yeah. I'm sure he'll win! He's super strong!", Arthur exclaimed. It sounded like he was trying to reassure himself that Meliodas was going to be fine. I chuckled at his enthusiasm.
---------------------------------
Gloxinia's POV
---------------------------------
Meliodas hasn't changed one bit over the past 3,000 years. If I'm going to be honest, I really don't want to kill him. He's my friend...
But of course, he would never allow me to take Y/N. He never quite enjoyed me and Y/N being with eachother, which is why he must die. If it's for Y/N... I can do just about anything.
