Episode one

Dorian's POV (Emma)

The alarm screamed into my ears. I opened my eyes lazily and shut the idiot off.

7:21am

Oh my God!

I rolled over the bed and yawned lazily. I seriously wanna sleep some more, but time wasn't buying that idea

  I got out out of bed and rushed to the bathroom for a quick shower. After bath, I straightened my long reddish blonde hair and applied my shampoo. I brought out a black hoodie and a pink sweatpants from my closet, I dressed up and applied some make-up. I'm usually not a make up person but a bruise was on my lower lip.

The school bullies.

I picked up a white Converse and tried it on. It was perfect.
There's no need to know about me since nobody wants me or cherish me, except my best friend _ Laura.

All my other friends ditched me since the bullying started. I was the school nerd, I'd knew my life was no good since I was born, nobody typically wants to be friends with a nerd. I really think Laura will ditch me anytime soon,too.

My life had always been pain filled. The treasure I loved and had was gone. She gave me reasons to live and face the challenges ahead of me but I just couldn't

I rushed downstairs and had a quick breakfast. I live in a small apartment in California, I work in a nearby restaurant and with this; I pay my bills. Laura helps too, she would buy me food stuffs and cereals, Stay over at my house to keep me company and sometimes_ cook for me.

   I stepped out onto the porch, the morning breeze blew past me, brushing some strands of my hair to my face. I huffed in discomfort as I walked to school.

I don't own a car.

Nerds doesn't own cars.

It was too cold outside and the hoodie wasn't working. I think am only scared of going to school, ion think I would live long if the bully continues.

I arrived at Madras high ten minutes after, I quickly push last the crowd not wanting any of the bully to see me, but it seemed luck wasn't smiling at me.
"Oh the nerd decided to come to school today" Darren said, smirking.

" Oh my, your hair's so beautiful today" the other guy_louis, said. He was teasing me, I knew that. Like no one would ever tell me my hair's beautiful.

"Geez Louis, beautiful is an understatement, could you find a lil bigger word for her?" Tanner said, giggling.

" She's no difference to a slut!" Louis said. The crowd had began to form slowly. Some were laughing and pointing at me, while some were expressionless or maybe a glint of sadness and helplessness could be found in their eyes, but none could help, else; they would become a nerd too and no one would really want to take that risk for me.
 
The last of the trio Walked up to me with a grin.
"Hello blue bird. Ready for today's show?" He said and they all laughed.
" Michael please......leave me alone", I muttered weakly, it wasn't going to help, it would become more worse.
" Michael please leave me alone" he mimicked my tone and smirked. " So stupid! Didn't you see anyone to tell you how you look?"
His eyes roamed over my body; there was a look I couldn't figure out on his face.
"What....do..you...mean?" I scanned through my body but there was nothing wrong with my outfit but here he was, complaining about it.
"You look exactly like a slut, a whole and I really can't stand you Dorian. Nobody wants you, why don't you just commit sucide and leave this world for us to live peacefully?"

Maybe he was right, I am nobody. No one really like me. I tried hard to push back the tears but I couldn't. It came down freely, reminding me of my past.
"The nerd is crying, did your daddy yell at you?" Tanner shot and kicked me in the gut.
" I really want you dead! I hate you Dorian!"
These words shot through me,the same words that shattered me years ago. I don't worth it.
"Hey you! What the fuck!" Laura ran up to me in shock. She glared at the boys and smirked angrily, her lips shivering.
"How dare you?!" She shouted at them in disgust, she's a no nonsense bestie, always fighting for me.
"Guess who decided to show up" Darren clapped and placed a hand on her shoulder. She shoved it off angrily and spat at him.
"You're such an asshole,you should stop being a douchebag! You're just like your father: always taunting girls and harrasing them. You really need to get your ass remoulded!"
    There was an " oh!" From the crowd. That was an hit!.
Darren grey eyeballs changed into dark colors with a glint of fire.
"You just compared me to my dad? He couldn't believe Laura could actually confront him. He was always the top.
"Yeah I just did and if you step a feet nearer to me, I shall talk about the whore you call Mom!"

Everyone's eyes widened in shock including me.
I'm dead!
I Know it!
I was already getting scared. The guys would do something worse If I don't shut Laura up.
"Laura... please!" I dragged her away to an empty classroom.
"Laura_"
"Save it!" She snapped at me "do you think I'll let those idiots bully you? Like seriously Dorian,you need to change, you can't continue be bullied by them" she said with concern, she really doesn't wanna see me this way.
"I'm sorry Laura, but it's hard; everyone hates me, I wanna die_"
"Shut it Dori, I love you and you know that. I would never leave or hate you. You're my only sister and best friend and I'll trade you for no one" I could feel the tears and pain in her voice. She cared alot about me. She knows everything about me; my secrets, my past_
"Please.." she pleaded holding my hands firmly.
"Laura,I'll be strong if only you'll always be by my side, please don't leave me! Don't hate me for my past_"
"Hate you? Because of your past? Oh no! Everyone's got a past and I would never hate you for yours, you suffered a great deal getting over it, I would always be by your side, I promise?"
I pulled her into an hug and cried in her arms as long as I can remember.
