Izuku Midoriya , born quirkless ,is bullied by Katsumi Bakugo and Malty Yagi , his dream got crushed by All might .After saving Katsumi from the sludge Villain he spied Malty and learn the existence of One for All but after that ,Defeated, a Black haired boy run towards him, and offer him to share his quirk. His name is Yamato
Quirk : Weaponized emotion and Randomize
A quirk that allow the user to bond his quirk with someone and allow him to use Weaponized emotion an ability to summon weapon that is the manifestation of a person aspect like emotion instinct etc... the second part is the person bonded with also have a random aspect completely different like breathing fire or fly for example .
The bond last for life and both person body will change to resemble the other
