me and Vinnie have been FWB for over a year now, we have one rule and the rule is to not fall in love with each other. I've been pretty good at following this rule it's not like i wouldn't catch feelings he's very attractive but like i already have him i don't see the need to date him. I can't lie i do get jealous when he shows affections to other girls that aren't me but i get over it. Today was my first day of senior year and i haven't seen Vinnie all summer, i was happy because i missed him so much. Over summer Vinnie never texted or called me so i was pretty excited to hear from him since he's been completely MIA. I threw on some sweats and hoodie, did my makeup and went down stairs. I got breakfast got in my car and drove to school. I usually pick up Vinnie on the way there but he didn't text me today so i just went to class. I walked in first period and notice Vinnie flirting with a new girl, he looked at me as i walked past and sat in our assigned seats, i look at the name tag next to me and it said "Vincent Hacker" i rolled my eyes put in my headphones and waited for the lesson to start, suddenly i felt a pair of called arms hug me from behind. I turned around and saw Vinnie smiling down at me.
V: heyy y/nnn, missed you bsf
Y: hi vinnie.
V: what's with the attitude? it's 8 am ?
Y: idk you didn't text me all summer, you don't text me to see if i'm okay and the first thing you do at 8 am is flirt with the new girl??
V: if i text you i might break the rule and i don't wanna loose so fix your face and give me a bog smile
Y: go ask your new whore to give you a smile * i said jokingly while smirking at him*
V: how was your summer anyways? did you meet anyone?
Y: why do you care bestie??
V: no reason just being a good friend
Y: well in that case i did meet someone new, he was sweet had nice brown hair and the biggest smile, he was Italian and he was actually a family friend.
V: oh really? mmm tell me more
Y: he was so sweet and made me laugh when I was sad because someone didn't text me- * i noticed Vinnie gave me a death stare so i stopped talking*
V: aw what happened? cat got your tongue?
Y: n-no why
V: you seem nervous y/n *he gets closer to my face as he says that* do i make you nervous??
Y: * i could feel his breath on my neck* n-no wh-what ofc not dont flatter yourself to much mr hacker i'm not breaking the rule
V: why are you red then?
Y: shut pay attention to class
