Chapter 5: Spider Lily

What is this intense pressure?

Sukuna was standing above you, taking in every bit of yourself as he can. Soon it clicks once his face is lifted.

"Hey, you're—"
As soon as he reaches towards your face, his hand automatically moves to his.

"What do you think you're doing with my body? Give it back" It was Yuuji.
"How are you able to move?" Sukuna asks.
"I mean, it's my body"

The moment you saw that Yuuji was trying to suppress him, you felt Megumi's hand grab you and pull you to the side behind him.

"Don't move! You're no longer human" he says.
"Huh?"
It was Yuuji and this time, he looked confused.
"Megumi wait"
"Under Jujustu regulations, Itadori Yuuji. I will exorcise you as a curse!"

You put your hands on his arms trying to hold him back.

"Wait Megumi, let's hear him out first!"
"What are you saying (y/n), it's our job to exorcise these curses!"
"But this is different"
"How!"

"Wait, you guys, I'm just fine! More importantly, you two and I are both pretty beat up. Let's get to a hospital"

The tattoo marks went away once Yuuji was back to his normal self.

"See I told you"
"...but what if it's the cursed object talking. I can't tell" he whispers to you.
You sigh with frustration.
"How can you be so dumb Megumi"

Megumi didn't know whether to let his guard down or not. But either way if he were to do something, you'd stop him as quickly as you can.

"What's the situation?"
A voice was heard out of nowhere. Megumi and you turn your backs and find that your brother is here.

"Satoru..."
"Gojo-sensei?! Why are you here?"

He waves his hand.
"Hey! I wasn't planning on coming, but I just wanted to see how my little sister is doing. Oh man, you're all roughed up. (Y/n), how can you be looking like that! Imma show the second-years"

Satoru pulls out his phone and soon starts taking pictures like an idiot. Megumi looks away, while you just didn't care.

"Satoru...the pain...the pain was too much, and...the pills. I don't think they're helping" 

Satoru looks at you from his blindfolded eye, and just smiles as he rubs your head.

"Don't worry, your big brother will do something about that, okay?"

He gives you a thumbs up and you just look away with a slight tint of blush showing.

So embarrassing...

"Anyways the higher-ups wouldn't shut up with the special-grade curse object being missing. So I stopped by to do some sightseeing. So, did you guys find it?"

Yuuji awkwardly raises his hand.
"Uhm...sorry, but I ate it"
"...for real?"
"For real" Megumi and you said.

Your brother went up close to Yuuji and examined him. He laughs.

"Damn, it really combined with you. That's hilarious! Anything off with your body?"
"Not really"
"Can you swap out with Sukuna?"
"Sukuna?"
"The curse you ate"
"Oh...yeah, I think I can do that"
"Then give us ten seconds. Once they're gone, come back to us"
