Felix sat in front of the palace garden, tending to the flowers. The very young boy smiled softly to himself. He was only about 10, being an orphan. He was being taken care of by the head staff of the servants and her youngest son, who wasn't that much older than him. He was in charge of flowers and making sure they looked perfect as he had an aptitude for tending to them.

He gently picked some of the flowers that were slowly dying, knowing they had no chance at surviving. He began to twist and turn the stems, making the dying flowers into a flower crown. Although the crown wouldn't last long, it gave another life to the dying plants. He gently placed it on his head, giggling softly.

He suddenly looked up, feeling as though someone was watching him. He looked around, trying to find any pairs of eyes that stared at his young body. He was unable to find any, returning to tending to the flowers. He heard soft footsteps run up to him, seeing his "brother" approaching him.

"Lixie! Mom needs help in the kitchen!" Jisung said, grabbing Felix's hand.

Felix followed the older boy, not questioning what she needed help with. They soon arrived in the kitchen, Mrs. Han looking over at them. "Felix! Glad Jisung got you!" She smiled, handing him a bucket. "Could you go to the river and fill this up with water? That would help me!"

Felix nodded, taking the bucket. He began to walk to the river by the castle, passing by a group of people who he didn't know. They looked like they were in training for something though. Felix kept walking, holding the bucket. He walked down the hill that leads to the river, reaching the river. He stuck the bucket in, filling it up with water. He heard some shuffling around in a nearby bush, causing Felix to pull the bucket out.

"H-Hello?" He called out, not sure what was in the bushes. He placed the bucket on the ground, moving slightly towards the bushes. He saw someone in the bushes. "H-hi?" He tried moving closer, watching the person move away. "D-don't run! I-I'm friendly!" They didn't listen, turning and running.

But the ground wasn't that good to run on. The person tripped and fell, falling into the river. Luckily, the river wasn't that rough as it hadn't rained in a while. Felix panicked, reaching into the running river, pulling the person out. He fell backward, the person falling onto his chest. He looked down at the wet body, a small boy on his chest.

They looked up at him, his face red. "S-sorry!!" They said.

Felix sat up slightly. "I-it's okay!" He looked down at the boy with raven black hair. "M-my name is Felix, what's yours?"

"C-Changbin.."

"N-Nice to meet you!!" He flashed a bright and big smile at him. "You wanna be friends?"

The blush on Changbin's face grew, obliviously to the freckled male. "S-sure!"

Felix smiled softly. "What were you doing in the bushes?"

"N-nothing! J-Just boredom...!"

Felix giggled more, causing the raven headed boy to blush more.

"Do you always do that?" He asked.

"Y-yes! Totally!" He looked up, seeing the sun above them. "I-I should go... I have somewhere to be."

"Oh well... If you want to, meet me by the gardens! I'm usually found there!" He said.

Changbin nodded and stood up. "G-got it!" He quickly ran off, Felix watching him.
