Blossoming {Changlix}

Chapter Eight

Changbin held Felix’s hand, pulling him through the forest. He smiled to himself, looking back at the boy, who has covered his eyes with his hand. He giggled happily, pulling him. He came upon a clear, smiling brightly. He moved back, moving Felix forward, making sure he was in the perfect position.

“On the count of three, open your eyes,” Changbin whispered into his ear.

Felix nodded. “Understood.” He said, not knowing where he was.

Changbin put his own hands over Felix’s eyes, Felix removing his hand. “One… two… three.” He removed his hand.

Felix blinked, gasping softly. In his vision, a beautiful flower field accompanied by a lake laid there. Changbin smiled, looking down at him. The sun leaked through the trees, shining down onto the flowers and water, the water looking as clear as a crystal under warm light. The flowers were a mixture of pink, yellow, and white, a beautiful palette. Felix looked back at him, smiling.

“Where did you find this place?” He asked, going back to looking out at everything.

"We often pass by when going to training grounds,” He said, back hugging him, placing a gentle peck onto his neck. “And… I wanted to bring you because of… I mean, just look at it all.”

Felix turned around, wrapping his arms around his neck, leaning up, and pressing their lips together. Changbin’s eyes widened slightly, before gently pulling him closer, gently kissing him back. Felix pulled away softly, his eyes softening slightly.

“I love it…” He whispered softly, “Almost as much as I love you.” Changbin blushed, looking away shyly. He grabbed his hand, “Come one! Let’s swim!” He dragged him closer to the water.

Felix began to take his clothes off, Changbin looking away shyly, not looking at his body. Felix got into the water, shivering slightly. He looked back at his lover, smiling brightly.

“Come join me!” He turned around, swimming off.

Changbin shyly stripped himself, stepping into the water. He felt the chilled water slowly wash over his body as he moved in more. He looked up at Felix, watching the boy float on his back. The water went past his waist, going up against his torso. He pulled himself down, the water rushing up to his shoulders. He swam out the Felix, just smiling.

Felix noticed him, flipping to be facing him. He giggled softly, leaning forward and pecking his lips. Changbin smiled brightly at him, just admiring the younger boy. The sun broke through, shining down on the water, hitting Felix as well. Changbin stared at his face, his smiler brighter than the sun itself. His freckles shone brightly, standing up from his skin, his dark black hair framing his face.

Felix moved closer, pecking his cheek before diving under the water. Changbin began to turn, watching his flower boy swim under the clear water. Felix quickly emerged from the water, reaching his hands into his hair, pushing it back out of his face.

“I feel so free out here!” Felix said happily.

“I-I’m glad you do!” Changbin said, swimming closer to him.

Felix looked up at his sky, his smile fading slightly. “I think we should head back… I told Jisung I would help him with something as the sun begins to fall in the sky.”

Changbin frowned, nodding. “Let’s go sit on the shore and dry off slightly.”

Felix sighed, swimming back towards the shore. Changbin followed, pulling himself out. He sat on the shoreline, staring up. Felix sat next to him, cuddling into his side. He rested his head on his shoulder, staring off into the void.

He took a deep breath, taking in the fresh air. “We should come out here more often…”

Changbin looked at him. “Maybe we should.”

Felix looked up at him, smiling. He leaned forward, gently pecking his lips. “I love you…” He whispered softly, his eyes softening as he stared into his eyes.

“I love you too, Lix.”

The two stared staring at each other, going back to staring up at the sky, the sun hitting the middle of the sky. 

For anyone not aware, I'm dropping my uploading schedule, as I'm too chaotic and have like no motivation to do anything, so updates will happen when a chapter is written. (Such as now, 2:46am in the morning)
