Your POV

I woke up to the soft sound of an acoustic guitar. After checking the time, 9:36, I  dragged myself out of my makeshift bed and walked towards the sweet sound. I peeked through the door to see Dom singing along to the tune he was strumming, but I didn't recognise it. He looked up, half shocked.
"Hey Y/N, how did you sleep?" He lent his guitar against his keyboard as he answered.
"Good, thanks. What was that song you where singing?" I questioned.
"It's not a full song yet, I'm trying to write one but it's not going as well as I hoped." He smiled.
"Could you sing it? The bits you have got?" I pleaded.
"Erm, it's not done yet, when I have finished, you'll be the first one to hear it. You inspired it." I couldn't stop my confused smile escape my mouth.
"But, I can sing you something else?" He changed the subject.
"Sure, what can you play?"
"Do you know half the world away by oasis?" I nodded in reply.
He started playing the tune softly, he was so talented. I found myself singing along, but quiet enough so Dom couldn't hear me over his own voice. But I got carried away, and I noticed when he stopped singing.
"Why'd you stop?" I asked and gave him a playful punch.
"Because I was listening to your amazing voice!" He jumped up from his stool and grabbed a guitar of the wall.
"Why have you got two?" I stood there confused.
"Because I'm gonna teach you how to play." He stood there, beaming.
"Erm, I can't play, I don't even know how to hold it." I tried to get out of it.
"It's easy." He said walking back into the living room. "I'll teach you some chords, then we can play a song together."
I smirked as i walked towards him, knowing that I couldn't talk him out of it.
He taught me for about an hour, but I could only play three chords.
"You can play the stripped back version of half the world away with these three chords, you doing really well." He reassured me.
"It help that I have the best teacher ever." He smiled.
"Okay, so if we both sing, I'll play the guitar then you play where you can?"
"Okay." I flashed him a nervous smile as he began to strum.
I sang quietly while focusing on getting the chords right. We sang the whole thing through.
After I played the last note, I looked up to see Dom's green eyes staring into mine.
"Should we talk about last night?" He suggested. I nodded.
"Yeah okay, erm," I could feel my face going red. "What does it mean?" I asked.
"I'm not sure, are we dating? Are just more than friends? Was it just because we drank too much?" He asked, putting his guitar down.
"We haven't even been on a date yet." I pointed out, still holding the stained-brown guitar I used.
"Then I'll change that, what are you doing tomorrow night?" His smile reappeared.
"Erm, nothing." I replied back.
"Then I'll take you out on a date." Dom smiled anxiously as he spoke. The eye contact remained, and only broke when there was a harsh knock on the door.
"Erm, I'll get it." Dom broke the silence. I nodded and exhaled air that felt like it was trapped in there for centuries.
I heard a familiar voice, but I couldn't  think who's it was.
"Come in, Y/N is in the room." I heard Dom's voice get louder.
"Olivia? What's wrong?" I said, while in shock to see her here. She embraced me into a hug and weeped on my shoulder.
"I've been robbed. I was drunk and was robbed!" She said between gasps.
"Okay, Okay calm down. Come sit over here." I lead her to the sofa and wiped the tear from her cheek. Dom followed us with a glass of water.
"Here, have this." Dom passed her the glass.
"Thank you Dommy, I came to you because I thought I could stay with you for a little while. I don't feel safe alone anymore." she looked up, her ocean blue eyes filled with tears. Dom smiled.
"sure, I guess you can have the mattress for a while." Olivia smiled, then hugged Dom for an unusually long time.
'it's nothing' I told myself, looking away so it wouldn't seem so awkward.

"it's almost 1, is anyone hungry?" He said to break the silence.

"Yes, can you cook for me and, well I persume y/n is hungry?" Olivia said sitting next to me on the mattress.

"it's fine, Sky has been calling me all morning, so I best get going." I announced.

"really? Can you not stay for a little longer? I'll make pancakes?" Dom pleaded.

"okay, but only if I can have syrup on them?" I reluctantly agreed.

After we ate, and made small talk with Olivia, Dom drove me home.

The car ride was quiet at first, but then he broke the silence.

"y/n, what are we? What do you want us to be?"

I preferred the silence.

"I'm not sure, we both have feeling for eachother, so I guess we're more than friends?" my leg started to shake with nerves.

"I'm okay with anything, but I don't want to pressure you." he said, switching between looking at me and the road.

"I guess, we can date?" I looked up as my head pulsates.

"Sick, but only if your okay with it, if it's too soo-" I cut him off.

"Dom, I want this, it's okay." I couldn't hide my smile, neither could he.

After got home, I flopped onto the sofa with a can of monster, seeing that I haven't slept properly, and scrolled through social media. However no matter what I did, everything reminded me of Dom.
