A/N: I'm sorry I took so long ;-;

~-~-~-~-~-~-

Your eyelids felt heavy and your right calf numb as you slowly woke to your limbs swaying with movement.

"Are you awake, (Y/n)-hime?"

"Hmm...?" you groggily looked up from where your head rested against a solid chest.

"It looks like the poison is making you tired," Hak observed, scanning over you with worried blue eyes.

"...'m not tired..."

"Sure you aren't, hime-sama."

"Where are we going?" you groaned.

"Capital Fuuga."

"Oh? It's been a while since I've gone there..."

In fact, it had been many years, and you'd only gone twice in the past. Both visits had been several weeks long under an alias, a condition that had been set by your father. The first was when you were five and first starting to train, and the other was when you were seven and beginning to travel. Overall, it had been nearly a decade since you went, and you rather missed the place.

"You'll be okay, right, onee-chan? You'll be fine after you take medicine, right?" Yona followed, looking scared.

"I told you, Yona-chan. I'll be fine. There's no way you can get rid of me that easily," you chuckled softly. "Besides, I can't even feel the pain in my leg or anything." But that's because I can't feel my leg at all... yeah, let's not mention that.

You had no idea how much time had passed, but eventually, you heard two grunts as Hak kicked what you assumed were two people. You slowly blinked your eyes open.

"Does guard duty mean nap time in this clan?" Hak scolded.

"Lord Hak?!" the voice of Han-dae exclaimed, and you shifted your head to see him and Tae-woo sprawled on the ground. It'd been such a long time since you'd seen them. They're still the same as ever though, you thought wryly.

"It's been a while, ten years?" Tae-woo yawned.

"For me, it's been around that long," you giggled drowsily.

"Akari-chan!" Han-dae burst forward, looking excited. "It's been years!"

"Oi, what's with the difference in reception?" Hak asked with an annoyed smile.

"She's way prettier! And nicer!" Han-dae grinned. "Hey, Akari-chan, if Lord Hak doesn't ask you out, why don't you choose me—ow!"

Hak cut him off by sweeping him off his feet, and you sweatdropped.

"Why are you back anyway? Did you get fired?" Tae-woo asked nonchalantly. I guess the news hasn't spread yet...

"Lord Hak! Lord Hak has returned!" People began to crowd around you three.

"Oh my, it's Akari-san. It's been such a long time," a woman gasped.

"And Hak-sama is holding her," another one cooed. "Is she your woman now?"

"Wha—?!" you flushed.

"Oh, but who's this young lady? A love rival?" a different girl speculated, looking over Yona.

"This is Akari's sister, a court lady in training," Hak lied on the spot, before glancing down at you as you squirmed, poking him to get his attention. "What is it?" he murmured softly.

"I feel really tired... I think I'm gonna pass... out..." you conked out.

"Oi, don't just go out like that," Hak panicked slightly at the suddenness of it.
