Clay's sister appears and pushes him out the doorway and runs towards me hugging me tightly.(We are going to call her Lia)"Lani oh my god,I missed you sooooo much!"Lia says."I missed you to Lia!".Lia and I always had an amazing time together and relationship. She always said I was her favorite and that I was her bestie.Which always had me in awe.
"Really?"Clay yells.Lia sighs and hugs Clay,"Hi Clay...".Clay rolls his eyes cracking a smile."What are you doing here?" Clay asks."I don't know,I was bored so I decided to come here.".Clay shrugs and shakes his head."So,Lia do you have a boyfriend?"Lia laughs and Clay glares at me."I'm kidding,calm down Clay."I look at Lia who winks,my eyes widen and I laugh.'You guys are weird"Clay sighs and goes to his office,probably to talk to george or Nick.Why is he acting so weird all of a sudden,ever since like 2 weeks ago.But it's spending time with Lia time.I look at Lia,who is giggling at her phone.
Time skip
Lia and I end up talking about some stuff and sadly she has to leave.I wave goodbye and I head to Clay's office and I open the door and he is smiling at his phone.When he sees me he instantly puts his phone down and I look at him and he looks guilty.I lean against the door frame."You okay?"."Uh yeah,I w-was talking to Nick and stuff''"Oh okay,I'm heading to bed because I have work tomorrow.He nods and I close the door.Why is it awkward between us all of a sudden?I shake it off and I head to the bathroom and do my night time routine as usual.I hop in bed and It's cold,usually Clay comes in and gives me the warmth that I crave from him.He has been sleeping in his office.What's wrong with him.He is just so sketchy now.My head fills with thoughts and tears start to fill my eyes.I don't know why,they just appear and slowly cry myself to sleep.
My alarm goes off and I wake up,get dressed,brush my teeth,mostly the normal things.I work at a smoothie shop,so i get breakfast.I don't even bother to say bye to Clay,so I kiss patches goodbye and I head to work.
