Screams and murmurs filled the crowd as I rushed to where the demon is.

As I arrived, I saw Tanjiro on top of the demon. I also saw a woman with a terrified look, she must be the wife or friend or whatever to demon.

"Husband!" The woman yelled.

Guess that answers my question.

"Ma'am, please mind your own safety first compared to your husband!" I yelled.

I took some fabric that I had with me and cover the woman's wound.

"Are you okay?" I ask, she nods.

"There's still a bit of pain..." She says.

"I see, we'll take care of your husband." I smiled.

She nods.

"Thank you." She says.

"Tanjiro!" I yelled over to him.

I held back the demon, it was strong. Did it just turn into one?

"Rei-San, it's too dangerous here. Let's go to the other side." A voice says.

I turned around to see who it was.

It was him.

I glared at him, he seemed to glare back then walked away.

The demon then attacked Tanjiro again, I was shocked. Tanjiro then defended himself by going on top of the demon.

"I won't let you get away, Kibutsuji Muzan!" Tanjiro yells.

"What's the matter with this boy?" A voice said.

I didn't mind the murmurs that surrounded us, what matters is that the demon is dead.

"We'll take care of your husband."

"Thank you!"

"I will pursue you until the end of hell itself!" Tanjiro yelled.

"I will remove that head of yours with my blade!" He continues.

Muzan's PoV:

He really thinks he can defeat m-

As he yelled that he would remove my head, I noticed his earrings.

No one's PoV:

"What are you doing?!" Some guards yelled, they were here.

"Hand him over!"

"Please!" Tanjiro said.

The guards were about to pull Tanjiro and Y/n away from the demon.
