Chapter 6

(At The Party)

(Alicia POV)

We arrived and he wasn't lying when he said it was just a small get together. It wasn't even that meany people here.

I walked in and yelled hey to everybody. "Aw hell naw why the fuck she here?" "Man Keta gone she was invited she good, hey glad you made it make your self at home if you hungry or want a drink its in the kitchen."

Sammie said while giving me a hug. I walked to the kitchen because Keta was giving me a death glare and I need to be peaceful if I want this plan to work.

When me and Ro Ro walked in the the kitchen Koda and Red was talking. "Hey y'all." "What up Alicia, Alicia friend." " I have a name you know."

"And fuck your name he don't need to know it Koda get yo ass beat." "Bae I just spoke damn take yo mean ass own somewhere."

She rolled her eyes at us and left out the kitchen. "My bad she sometimes be tripping you good though." Koda walked out and Red followed behind soon after.

"Ro I told you she don't play about him leave it alone." She went and grabbed a drink then looked at me for a bit then took a sip of her drink.

"I want what I want and you know that so nothing you or her can do to stop me, black eye and all I'll still suck the dick."

She left and went to the living room leaving me alone. I just signed and poured me a drink. I think I should just cut my loss and try and get some money another way. This is becoming to stressful.

And Sammie don't let nobody in so how the hell am I going to get him to open up. "Why you in here from the party?" I turned and seen Sammie looking at me.

"Just clearing my head for a bit thats all." "You good?" "Yea I'm good." "Ok well you know I'm here if you need me I meant what I said about being cool with you we were friends."

"I know and I'll be fine thanks though."

"Sammie what she doing here?" "I invited her she cool bae, let me give a proper introduction. Alicia this is the love of my life Zarielle, Zarielle this is a good friend of mine Alicia."

I reached my hand out to shake hers but she just looked at it, so I put my hand back down. "Ain't this your ex when did she become a good friend?"

"Since you left me 10 months ago, and if you wondering no we never had sex the most we ever did was held hands. And I know that may seem hard to believe coming from me but its the truth."

He walked out the kitchen after that. One thing I learned about Sammie once he leaves after a statement conversation over.

I was about to leave but Zarielle stopped me. "Look if you are a good friend I'm willing to be peaceful until you show me other wise."

"That's fair I promise I come in peace I always felt we wasn't going anywhere with the relationship anyway. He always talked about you and I talked about my ex if anything we bonded on our heartbreak."

She just nodded her head and then her phone started to ring. She excused herself outside to answer the call. I looked to see what the others was doing and then went to listen to her phone call.

Hopefully she say something I can take back. "Hey how you doing." I couldn't hear the other person but what I gathered from the call who ever it is they are meeting at a restaurant to figure out how to take down her mom.

And that is just the news I needed to hear to relay the message to her.

(Zarielle POV)

When Sammie introduced me to this hoe I wanted to slap him and her but I'ma play nice. You keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

I hate that I'm keeping a huge secret from everybody I love but if I want to get rid of my mom this is the best way to do it.

After my phone call I walked back in the house and joined everybody in the living room. As I was about to sit next to Sammie Keta grabbed me and dragged me back into the kitchen.

"I'm bought to beat that hoe ass she steady flirting with Koda and I'm trying to change my attitude and not always be quick to fight. But she bought to take me there."

"Are you sure she flirting, she could just be having a friendly conversation." "Naw that bitch trying to get my man. Not once has she spoken to you, Aubre, Red or Sammie. Any chance she get she all in Koda face I'm telling you Zari if this bitch keep trying me I'm gone beat her ass."

I just laughed because she dead ass serious. "Zari I don't see shit funny." She started pacing back and forth at this time.

"Every time I try and change and work on my anger problems its bitches like her who want to get me out my character." She stopped and pointed at me.

"And she got one time to make a move and be disrespectful in front of me this little get together gone turn into a huge brawl."

She walked out the kitchen then grabbed Koda and made him sit next to her.I just laughed because I don't know what I'm gone do with this girl.

I went and joined everybody and everything was going smooth. That is until Alicia friend asked Koda if he ever wants to hang out sometimes.

Yea you heard me she asked Koda in front of everybody if he ever wants to hang out.

"Well me and Ro will head out now, thanks for the invite Sammie." "Naw Alicia why we leaving I was having fun."

"Bitch if you know what's best for you, you would get the fuck out." "Who you calling a bitch." "Ro lets just go you already started enough drama."

"Listen I ain't do shit not my fault bitches is insecure." Thats all it took, Keta jumped up so fast wasn't shit we could do. She swung and hit her in her face and busted her lip.

"Now Alicia I don't have no problem with you but if you ever bring this bitch around me and you will have a problem."

Alicia just nodded her head and helped her friend up and they left. "Aww bae I'm so proud of you, you really working on your anger."

"Shut up talking to me Koda." She then left and went outside. "Man how she be acting I will forever be scared to cheat." We all started laughing and just enjoyed the night.

And I don't know why Keta said she don't have no problem with Alicia. She don't even know we got to watch her too.
