Dear Thomas The Train,

Hi. Thanks for the letter! It was really fun to read actually, and wow— I can not believe you insulted my nationality. I'm American and I'm... well I'm not that proud about it but still! Anyway, if it makes you feel better, my mother was born in the UK. Hope that redeems a bit of me and my American-ness.

You wrote that you were a streamer and youtuber and man, I just find that fascinating. You must live a pretty crazy life huh? I'm kind of jealous, but I'm also kind of proud of you, despite not even having met you or knowing anything about you at all (besides what you already wrote and honestly it wasn't even that content heavy— thanks for that by the way >:/).

And about what you wrote about soulmates: I felt the same way too. For a while I didn't really like the idea of them. I wasn't excited to meet mine like a lot of my friends were. I was afraid you'd see... my life. And I'm sure by the time you read this letter you might or might not know what I'm insinuating. Honestly, my family's financial situation isn't very stable. And my relationship with my single father who takes care of both me and my brother is shit, to say the least. I was scared to show you— whoever you were— the way I was/am: the tired and stressed Wren Simpson (also, it'd be nice if you didn't make any 'simp' jokes about my last name and if you do, I will have to resort to just killing you next time we switch).
