Third Person POV:

Lycaon was strapped to the wall's in God's Hell when he finally sensed a flicker of hope. A feeling that he could be freed.

God's Hell is a dimension created by God to imprison people who are very dangerous. Sometimes God doesn't want to put people in Lucifer's Hell, because then Lucifer can always free the prisoners. So, only God can free the prisoners. The Angels and Archangels can visit but God has control over all of them. Everyone imprisoned has all of their powers nullified since God has full control over the dimension. There is about one hundred prisoners, as God doesn't just throw anybody in. He only throws in the most dangerous and valuable people such as Lycaon. He is in fact the most valuable prisoner because of his great power.

Lycaon was the person who who swore on God but was smited by the creator. God needed to put him in God's Hell because of his relationship with Evil Lucifer. He could have been freed from Hell by Lucifer, and then he would be a huge problem for God. His power level is a tad more powerful than God. But his imprisonment started to change when the Lord of Hell walked up to Lycaon.

"What? How are you here?!" Lycaon exclaimed.

"Lower your voice, but I got a little favor from one of the Archangels. May have used a little technique I call the Tongue of The Devil. Anyway, we need to break your ass out of here before God notices. But I think this will do the trick." Lucifer answered before breathing fire on the crystal Lycaon was tied to. It melted, allowing Lycaon to walk backwards and through a tunnel. "Okay, let's get out of here." Lucifer erupted them in fire, transporting them to the evil side of Biblical Hell.

Lucifer sat in his throne, Archangel Michael at his side. "Now, you must train. Train to defeat somebody. But he is also Omnipotent, you see." Lucifer stated.

"Who am I training to defeat?" Lycaon asked.

"Y/N. Or as he calls himself, the Omniversal God." Lucifer said. "He has Second Tier Omnipotence and he is tied with you for being the second most powerful being in all the Omniverses."

"How could beings that have equal control over Omnipotence possibly defeat each other?"

"There are certain forms. One of them is inserting you Spiritual Energy inside your body. If a mortal does this, they are on par with a god or stronger. If an Omnipotent being like you does this, he can unlock a power beyond Omnipotence. Another form is one that can only be unlocked by entering a state of pure rage so angry it causes even an Omnipotent being to lose control. Emotiona can force other people to go into that state, which is why our first step is going to be to capture Emotiona and hypnotize her." Lucifer explained. "Then we can torture her into making us go into that state. Finally, if we are in a land where it's only you and Y/N, then he will be your target. The only thing that can pull you out of that state is emotion, especially love."

"How do you know all this?" Lycaon questioned.

"I have traveled through time and I have saw the wonders of these Omniverses. I have seen beings achieve these forms and master them. I am one of the very few people in existence who actually understand power, balance, good, bad, creation and destruction. Most people just think creation means creating things, but there is much much more to it than that. The creator must make just the right level of good and bad, balance and power. But then again, every creation will eventually meet it's destruction. Even the Omniverses. But of course, the cycle repeats."

"Time is simply a barrier for mortals. Atoms are simply structure. But nothing is truly understandable. Everything has a deeper meaning. I have learned this during my adventures. Because it was not only to discover powers and forms, but the deeper meaning was to understand. Understand existence. Understand life."

"I have a couple purposes, but my main purpose was to free you. Now that you are no longer imprisoned, go train. For a very long time. And finally, fight Y/N."

"But never underestimate him."
