Ok so I don't really know what this is just vibe with it ig anywayyyys lets get on with the story Jughead i it writing this btw i know no surprise.

So, who was pop Tate exactly. Well, we will start with the basics. His real name is supposedly Terry Tate, somehow with the nickname pop. His dad also had the same nickname so I guess its just a family thing.  

He is the owner of the center of riverdale , Pops chock' lit shop. It's the most successful thing to ever be in riverdale. This includes possible one hit wonder, Forsyth "jughead" Pendleton Jones III. Pops is the best diner anyone has ever been to. Wether your from Hollywood or from the middle of the woods, pops would be the best food you will ever eat. 

Pops has your normal chock'lit shop things. Your greasy onion rings, fresh fries, fresh off the grill burgers, iconic milkshakes (his strawberry ones are so good you need to try one).

 He has helped many people who I've interviewed, one being my self so my words. Riverdales resident Veronica longe stated "pop has helped me and many others in are little town. We need him as much as we need Fred, are iconic Bughead duo, riverdale high, are iconic gay Kevin , we need pop. He helped we get back at my dad even though my dad was his boss. He helped me get back the diner and told me about my dad. Pop has helped everyone in riverdale and we all love him for it. 

My words when someone interviewed me I said "pop really has helped me though my whole life. When my parents would get into really big fights and I didn't want to be home or when my dad got drunk and I needed somewhere to stay for a bit. When I needed a job because i had no money at al, pop as there. I think I need pop as much everyone does, wether publicly or personal."

It really did come to shock to everyone when he decided to retire.This is like his life, he's what he's known for. No one really knows who's gonna run it next. You never see any of his family. Even if someone in his family ran it, they wouldn't be called pop or wouldn't be like are pop.  What if they change the name of pops? Nooo I don't think pop would allow it. 

Today was the day we are meeting the new pop. I hope they make as great of food. Oh, the new pop is not a dude so we can't say there the new pop...opps. Her name is Tabitha and she's not bad. We're all going to miss pop very dearly.
