May 9th

We had "borrowed" a car from a Burger King parking lot and tried to take it to Chicago. We knew Chicago might be a bluff but we figured we would check it out. We had only been driving for about 4 hours we still had 1 hour and 39 minutes until we reached our destination, then my phone rang. It was an unknown caller. 

"Catalan,"they said and then hung up. 

"Cyrus!" I yelled. 

"What?" He asked.

"Can you run something through the CIA database?" I asked.

"Yeah!"he said.

"Catalan," I said, "ever heard of them?"

"No," Cyrus said.

"There is nothing," he said.

"What do you mean nothing?" Zoey said, "there has to be something!"

"Well there isn't." Said Cyrus gruffly.

Time skip

I received another notification, this time it said that the Willis Tower in Chicago had been bombed and was on the brink of collapsing! My fellow agents also received the alert.

"Guys, are you reading this?" Mike said. I saw a tear trickle down Zoe's face. Mike consoled her. While everyone was sad Erica leaned in and texted me.

Erica:Ben we need to talk

Ben: 'bout what?

Erica: us

Ben: why were you ignoring me?

Erica: Cyrus would kill you

Ben: true 

Jessica Shang: Hi Ben and Sasha— oops Erica! Why am I in this chat

Jessica Shang was removed from the conversation 

Ben: I asked you out and you said yes

Erica: I don't want Cyrus finding out 

Ben: I don't care what he does to me I love you and that's all that matters to me.

Cyrus: awe isn't that sweet. Ripley we need to talk!!!!!!!

Ben: shit

Cyrus gave me a cold stare. 

"I receive all notifications on Erica's phone!"

"Listen Cyrus—,"

"Excuse me?!" He said.

"Agent Hale, I really do love Erica and would do anything for her."

"That's what Joshua said look how that turned out,"

"I know Joshua broke a lot of promises but I gladly would spend the rest of my life with Erica, even if she wasn't beautiful, or talented. Even if she was super sick, or super poor, I would want to be with her no matter what because I love her for what's on the inside, not the outside." I said

"Now Joshua didn't say that," said Cyrus, "you can date my grandaughter, but if you so much as disagree with her, I will maul you."
