I wake up and walk out of the RV I see Andrea and Amy were holding a bunch of fish while everyone smiled and laughed.
Dale went over to them. I glanced over an immediately got disinterested. I looked up and saw Jim digging on top of the hill.
What the hell? It's like 100 degrees outside he might fucking die of a heat stroke.
I walked up to the hill with a bottle of water on my hand. Once I got to the top I saw all the giant holes with Jim still digging other ones.
"Hey Jim what are you doing dude?" He didn't answer he just kept digging. "You know your gonna die or somethin if you keep it up like this drink this" I put the water bottle in front of me he still didn't talk just kept going.
I rolled my eyes and threw the bottle at his chest. It bounced off and landed in the hole. "What" Jim turned around and faced me.
"Drink. It." I pointed to the bottle and starting heading back to the campsite. I saw everyone else starting to go upwards towards Jim.
"Is he okay" Lori asked as they went up. I shrugged my shoulders and walked away.
As long as he doesn't get hurt or hurt anybody we should just leave him be.
Imma go stand watch. I sit on the chair on top of the RV thinking about what's going on in the city right now.
I hope they bring all of them back in one piece. Honestly I don't know what I would do without Daryl and Merle. Merles the older brother figure I always wanted he stands up for me sometimes but mostly makes fun of me too.
Daryl is different our friendship has been awkward we defend each other and hung out alot.I developed a tiny crush on him in high school but I got over it.
Man everything was fine up until I volunteered to go on that stupid mission. I had ok friends we were gonna get along with people. Man what if I could have found someone and made a decent living with a group that I consider family?
Okay nope not gonna think anymore.
Time skip:
Its now night. I'm sitting up against the RV watching everyone else sit by the fire. The guys still haven't come back but they will soon I hope.
I shut my eyes for a split second before I hear screaming. I jump up and see walkers coming out of the woods. Shane grabs Lori and Carl pulling them towards himself.
"M/N!" Sophia screamed at me as her mom pulled her towards the others.
I grabbed the closest weapons to me which is a metal baseball bat. I start to swing at the walkers. I pause for a second and look around.
Death. Everywhere. People I used to see everyday and interact with are falling like dominoes.
More walkers. I run over to the group surrounding a women. I lifted the bar up and smashed it down on a walkers face. I pushed some to my side and kept swinging.
I grabbed the women's hand and tried to pull her away from the rest of the walkers. A loose walker came from the right and made me trip with the women landing right on top of me.
The walkers crawled down and began to chew her up while she was still right in front of me. Slow tears down down my face as I pushed her lifeless body off of me. Jim killed the remaining walkers near me as I sat right next to the women staring at her face.
I couldn't save her just like I couldn't save Merle or anybody. She's dead. She was right in my hands but she got taken right in front of me.
I looked around and saw everyone screaming and crying I couldn't take it. I ran as fast as I could into the woods hitting walkers as I went.
I found a safe spot next to some trees. I closed my eyes and started to relax. The screams weren't happening anymore so I assumed they were all gone either the people or walkers I'm not to sure anymore.
I hope everyone is okay.
