"Guys, I think you already know, but me and Peril are together," Clay said at dinner the next day. The other Dragonets looked at him like they already knew and Sunny looked at him with surprise and joy. "We kinda knew," said Tsunami. Then Clay and Peril kissed.

Clay and Peril had one dragonet named flame, a firey Mudwing who looked just like his father, and hot scales like his mother (not burning like Peril's, just hot, but not too hot) and he had fire-proof scales too. Flame was the pride and joy of Peril and Clay. He looked at every dragon as good just like his father. Clay and Peril lived at Jade Mountain Academy. They were happy living there while Clay thought. They were a happy family surrounded by friends.
