"The spinner lands on...!"
They all chanted.
It flew across the room over to where Ryder was videocalling Katie.
"Ryder?" Skye asked.
"RYDER?" Everyone shouted.
"Ryder! (laughs) I think your pups are trying to reach you via ears!" Katie said.
"Oh! Hey pups. What's up?" (looks down) "No."
"Do it. You wasted an ENTIRE page of story on the old account by not doing it! It's 2021 and your doing this dare." lectured Rocky.
"Fine." agreed Ryder. "Lay it on me."
"Truth or Dare?"
"Dare. Why not?" Ryder said.
"Tell Katie that you like her."
"Pshh-a-What?" Ryder whispered.
"I don't like her..."
"Oh come on it's so obvious. I'm not going to explain why but you KNOW."
"Fine."
He picks up his pawpad.
"Katie?..." Ryder asked.
"Yeah?" Katie responded.
"I..." Ryder trailed off.
"Kind of..."
"Yeah?!" Rocky says.
"Like you."
"Ah!" Katie shrieked.
"Well."
"I kinda.."
"Like you... too!" Katie said.
"OOOOH!" Shouted the pups.
"Are they there? (Laughs)" Katie asked.
"Yeah."
Ryder looks at the pups, then looks back at his pawpad.
"Katie, would you want to go see Adventure Bay together... by ourselves one night?" Ryder asked confidently.
"I'd like that."
